Mission: The Green Hills RC&D objectives are to meet the changing needs of the Green Hills region and it's people. Our primary concern is to accelerate rural development through conservation, and to develop the natural resources of the area. The goal of the RC&D is to bring about positive rural development for the greatest benefit to all the people in the region.
