I met a Green Corps member in Los Angeles who was helping defend California's climate change legislation AB-32. He was very dedicated and completely inspiring. This young man absolutely made a difference in helping to defeat prop-23 (the bill which would have reversed our climate change bill) in California's election. He was educated, well spoken, hard working and inspired me. I am a college student studying environmental studies and I am actually considering applying to join the Green Corps. Green Corps was well organized and effective in community organizing. I would be honored to join, donate or volunteer with Green Corps, a well run and effective NPO.
