GLMR has the most kind-hearted volunteers. They truly care about each and every dog that comes to them. They go above and beyond for the mastiff breed. I have a rescue girl who came to my forever home 2 1/2 years ago. I now also volunteer and I am learning alot from all the great mentors in the group.

My first mastiff came from GLMR, and I promptly joined as a volunteer. I do home evaluations, dog evaluations, and anything else they may need in my area. The other volunteers are a wealth of information on the breed and a simple question put to them will bring dozens of responses and help with any situation from training to medical. The professionalism of this group is astounding. I am humbled by their expertise and intend to volunteer for as long as I can. What a terrific group of people whose mission is simple - care for the breed, know the breed and find them all loving homes.
