Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Community Improvement & Capacity Building, Leadership Development
Mission: Working through social entrepreneurs to impact the lives of children globally, the gratitude network seeks out the world's most dynamic and innovative leaders and organizations impacting the lives of children and youth for competitive selection into our 1-year coaching and mentoring program.
Programs: Ceo summit: gratitude global network gathered our current awardees together with coaches, mentors, and gratitude team for 3-days of learning, exchange of ideas, peer support and networking. This 3-day summit was hugely significant for all attending.
gratitude soiree: opportunity to educate our supporters and prospective supporters on our work impacting our awardees, as well as their work in the field with children and youth.
1-year coaching and mentoring program: in 2017 gratitude global network had its largest cohort to date (14) organizations representing work in more than a dozen countries. In 2017, we codified our program to increase our impact, and standardize our work with awardees. All awardees received a minimum of monthly deep coaching sessions, matches to mentors skilled in areas critical to their development to scale, participation in quarterly ceo peer calls, and participation in our first ceo summit, held in september 2017.
