My name is Shalethia Dean and I am so grateful for grant a wish inc. this program has helped me and my daughter in so many ways i'm 29 and a first time mom i did everything your suppose to do wait til your older and finish school before wanting to start a family but as we all know thing in life you cant always be planned out and go the way you put it on paper while in my second month i was place on bed rest and was labeled as extremely high risk so that meant no work no nothing. |This program help we get a jump that i wouldn't have had , Grant a wish helped me with my baby infant car-seat, clothes, new mom baby books, my baby got her first crib a walker, toys, and learning tools for her as she grows and i had NO idea how i was gonna be able to get my baby any of these things but this program helped me without them and their help i don't think i would have been able to do any of these things. this program is a true blessing to me and my family. I have worked as a volunteer for Grant A Wish for many years, close to as long as they've been in existence. I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my time with GAW. I have worked with the GAW Food Pantry, have donated to the Baby Program, have donated time, services and goods to the Annual Christmas In July Picnic and the Annual Hunger Walk and have donated time, money and services to the Annual Holiday Gift Program.

GAW has fulfilled my life in ways great and small, allowed me to serve my community and helped me to understand and appreciate the importance of giving. I hope to continue to volunteer with them for as long as they'll have me. Thank you.

Grant A Wish has allowed me to be of service to my community for many years now. Without them my holidays would be empty and it's so much fun to volunteer and see the happy faces of children and their families. They also feed many clients on a weekly basis with their Food Pantry which offers a nice selection of items including some organic and non GMO foods, fresh meat and poultry, milk, eggs and bread. They are underappreciated would be grateful for any donations.

Grant A Wish, Inc is very helpful to families with babies by giving away cribs, car seats, strollers, toys, books, baby clothing, playpens and they have a food program, they give away school supplies to needy students. It is a great organization.
