Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation is an amazing place! I have been so impressed with the care, respect, and love they give each resident. They invite the community to be involved daily. The residents have a great deal of autonomy. They ensure the residents have daily activities that are different and offer something for everyone. The residents can sit outside on the patio to enjoy the weather (and talk about who is running the stop sign) or pet the neighborhood cats. Multiple churches offer religious services weekly and the activities director keeps the residents busy with games, music, painting, crafts, and beauty shop. When I visit my mother I am always impressed by how clean the facility is and how all the staff interact with my mother. The food they provide is above what I would expect for a nursing home and sometimes I’m jealous I can’t sample it. Recently I took my mother to the funeral of a resident who had passed away. The nursing home not only transported another resident who wanted to attend, but there were about five staff members that were present. This is going above and beyond, which is really the status quo for Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation!!!

Mission: Our mission is to provide quality care in a family-like environment with emphasis on satisfying the spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
Results: 15 students gain their certification for Certified Nursing Assistance, 5 of these students were from the local high school. We saw 10 patients in the outpatient therapy clinic. We have a census that averages70 long term residents and 8 skilled and return to home residents.
