Mission: The organization's mission is to assist local animal shelters by removing adoptable animals with needs that exceed the resources of the shelter. These needs are commonly an extremely young age, injury or illness, and/or a need for extra socialization and training. The organization provides age-appropriate vaccines, spay and neuter services prior to adoption, and all necessary medical care. The organization strives to have each animal healthy and well-adjusted before adoption to a permanent home.
Programs: The organization rescued 18 dogs and 2 kittens in 2014. These animals were provided food, shelter, and appropriate medical care. Of the animals rescued, all but 4 have since been placed in permanent homes. The organization also started working with a local nonprofit women's shelter to house animals until they can be reunited with their owners.
