Programs: The orr fellowship provided a high-caliber curriculum and programming plan for fellows in 2017 that included 1-on-1 career development coaching, individualized skills enhancement certifications, and various workshops and activities throughout the year.
the orr fellowship recruited the largest class in the history of the program, growing nearly 63% over last year to 70 fellows.
the orr fellowship continued to invest in its administration by having an executive director to manage the internal processes and maintain continuity within the organization as members continually rotate in and out of the organization. In addition, orr fellowship created a director of it position on the fellowship leadership team. This addition allowed for further development of the website, the streamlining of general business processes, and an increase in operational efficiency.
