Mission: Goodwill provides work services for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment by integrating work programs into the daily operations of its social enterprise. In 2017, goodwill sjv served 1,497 individuals.
Programs: Goodwill sjv provides non-competitive part time employment for individuals with severe disabilities. A skilled case manager works with each individual and his/her supervisor to provide auxiliary support and professional development as guided by an individual program plan. Referring agencies include united cerebral palsy, department of rehabilitation and others.
goodwill operates 18 retail stores and two warehouse/distribution centers. Goodwill partners with other community based organizations to provide work/learning opportunities for people with barriers to employment. In 2017, goodwill served 1,497 individuals.
