They sell online and do not do so in good faith. I entered and auction and was awarded a bid for an item at $28.00 and they billed me $50.25 Hung up on me 4x, even though I was being polite and sharing the website's policy on bidding. Don't trust this Goodwill. There are others to donate to. Tried to call main office and never received a call back. I am sure this review will be deleted so I posted on 9 other review sites.

Bought & paid for something from this location online on the 11th, had to call on the 17th after sending 2 emails that got ignored after their stated 5 day shipping time had passed to see when it would be shipped and after talking to the manager on duty she said it would go out that day. Sure enough it was marked as shipped on the 17th. To bad it took another 6 days to hit the distribution center. That's a 12 day shipping time not a 5 day. Very poor customer service. And for clarity I didn't purchase a crystal piano, it was some scrap gold. A small envelope. Print Label. Tape label. Put in outgoing mail. Done. 5 mins.

The CEO of this organization makes over $500k annually thanks to a board of cronies and his unmitigated ego-mania. While he collects cars and condos, half of the organization's workforce, which includes all of its 30+(!) stores, live in poverty. He hires his under-qualified friends into executive positions, makes his racist and sexist attitudes known via public address, and is making cash-grabs from the state to use "grant" money to open charter schools which he is in no way capable of or should be administering. His MO is to harass and fire employees who want to keep him honest, make their plans transparent for the community, and most especially, those who lobby that GICT workers should earn a living wage. DO NOT DONATE TO THIS ORGANIZATION!

I am the national spokesperson for Goodwill and the Donate Movement, but I am writing this review as a SHOPPER. My spouse and I buy lots of clothes at Goodwill, and I always make sure I am wearing clothes from Goodwill in my videos. I love shopping at the Brodie Lane and the Lake Austin Boulevard stores. Everything is color-sorted within sections that are also sorted by sleeve length (ORGANIZED! Just the way I like it). The stores are neat and well-managed by polite and helpful people.
