I won't be ordering from them again. I have a small non-profit which helps to cloth and feed the homeless. Every single time I place an order with Good 360, the items are rarely something I ordered, and it's stuff that is very outdated and old looking. It's stuff that I can't see any store trying to sale. I know homeless people would appreciate anything they can get, but it's terrible to do them like that. I've been going to a ware house here in Naugatuck CT called Retail 101 and have been buying bulk clothing for cheap and giving them to the homeless, at least I get to pick and choose and know what It is I'm getting. Good 360 really needs to step it up, for real!!

I made a purchase from Good360 2 months ago. I was promptly charged for my order. I then received an email stating that most of the materials were not available. I have yet to receive a refund, and my efforts to contact them have gone unanswered. I also received merchandise that was not as described, and it was unusable. I followed their process for a refund, and have yet to see a dime. They owe me $377.90.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, LEAVING ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINS AND NEVER RETURNING MY CALL AFTER 2 ATTEMPTS. MY FISRT ORDER WENT SMOOTH UNFORTUNATELY THE BULK CLOTHING i PURCHASED WAS FACTORY REJECTS. SOME OF THE ARMS WERE AS LONG AS PANT LEGS WHILE OTHERS HAD SLEEVE THAT WERE SO NARROW YOU COULDNT GET YOUR ARM IN THEM. THE BULK SHOES LOOKED LIKE HOOKER SHOES FROM THE 70S. ALL CLOTHES THAT I COULD NOT GIVE TO THE HOMELESS POPULATION THAT I SERVE, THE NEXT ORDER WAS A NIGHT MARE. ORIGINALLY MY VOLUNTEER PUT IN THE WRONG INFO, I THOUGHT IT WAS RESOLVED BUT AFTER 1 WK PASSED I WAS INFORMED THAT I NEEDED TO PROVIDE A FINANCIAL STATEMENT OF PROFIT AND LOSS OR TAX RETURN. THEY WOULD NOT EXCEPT A 990N (WHICH IS WHAT I FILE BECAUSE WE ARE SO SMALL AND NON FUNDED. ALTHOUGH THE DEALS LOOK GOOD, I THINK THAT FOR THE MOST PART ITS JUNK THAT CANT BE SOLD AT STORES. ID RATHER PAY FULL PRICE AT WAL MART. AT LEAST IF THERES AN ISSUE I CAN RETURN IT.

First our organization intended to order American Girl Dolls. As soon as we went to order, they were suddenly not listed. A few hundred children fighting a life-threatening birth defect, who had requested specific dolls that had been listed on their site, were disappointed. On top of that we NEVER received a response on why those were no longer listed or if they were going to return. We foolishly continued to try to use the Good360 site. We applied for a retail donation partnership that our organization was thrilled about. It was cancelled before it even began. We're done with this company.

Good 360 has the Better Business Bureau logo on it's website, giving the impression that the BBB has reviewed them and that they adhere to all of the Standards for Charity Accountability. But when you go to the BBB website, they say that Good 360 has not responded or declined to give them information to make this evaluation. That seems shady to me.

We contacted Good360 on 9/7/2017 about making a corporate donation of about $40,000 worth of product. Understanding that we were contacting them right around the times of Hurricanes Irma, then Maria, along with the California wildfires, we expect some slowed communications as their resources get stretched thin. However, it is now December 7th and we've been forced to look to other charitable organizations to make this donation as our contact at Good360 (title: Director of Corporate Development) has taken to ignoring emails and voicemails since nearly a month ago.

It is unfortunate that Good360 decided to string us along for 3 months when these goods could have been gifted to other potentially more responsive and responsible organizations, who in turn could have turned this product into fantastic holiday gift distributions. Instead, we are left scrambling to re-arrange our schedules during our own holiday time to find a new outlet at the end of the year.

I get that this is a non-profit, and they are working with a small team and that the timing was not ideal. However, I refuse to believe that over the course of 4 weeks, our contact could not take a few minutes to give us a single response to repeated emails or voice-mails, and that every time I called his work phone and mobile phone he just happened to be away from both. Since to date we have received no response from anyone within the organization, I can only believe that this is just the way they do business with corporate donors. This was our first time trying to work with Good360, and it will certainly be our last.

Because of the connection that we have been able to make with local stores Word of God International Ministries was able to give donations to people who were affected by hurricane Sandy. Without Good360 we would not be able to do the work that we have been doing and serving the people in our community.

Good360 provides many needed supplies for our agency so we can serve underserved children, elderly, and homeless individuals and families in our service area. On a yearly basis we are able to serve over 600 children with gifts for Christmas by using products from Good360. The smiling faces of these children tell it like no other.

Thanks to Good360 we can give the children with disabilities whom we serve special "extras" that help to enrich their lives. Our organization is particular in choosing specialized toys and other items which help children overcome sensory, cognitive, and other issues. Good360 has a wide variety of donations/goods available at a price that even a small non profit can manage. Five stars from MENUCHA!

River Oak Center for Children serves over 2000 low-income children and their families each year with mental health challenges. Providing the professional treatfment is what we do best. Having the support of Good 360 to help meet other critical needs makes our job so much easier. A family who feels loves and supported by their community stays in treatment and benefits greatly. Being able to provide bedding, clothing, toiletries and toys keeps the family stong. Good 360 has excellent service and is a wonderful partner in our work.

I am with the Boys & Girls Club of South Park. We are located high in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We are currently participating in the partnership program and have partnered with Bed, Bath and Beyond. Through this partnership, we receive weekly donations that have proven to be a great benefit to our Club youth and those in need within our community. We have used the donations 4 times over and they are helping so many!! Good360 has been great on the admin side of this partnership. They are easy to reach, organized and very helpful any time I've had questions.

I am the director of a non-profit Senior Citizens Center in rural Montana. I found out about Good360 about one year ago. The first item we got through Good360 was a large box of Command Hooks and Strips for a very small administrative charge. My seniors love putting puzzles together and in the past 5 months or so they have put together around 25-30 jigsaw puzzles. The puzzles were glued together and then hung around our entire building, which also houses a satellite medical clinic and a 16-unit elderly housing apartment complex. We hung the jigsaw puzzles with the Command Hooks since they will not leave marks or holes in the walls, which is a no-no, to the owner of this building. The puzzles look great and we have received dozens and dozens of compliments as to how nice our building looks now. We never could have done this without being able to get the hooks from Good360. It was truly a life-saver situation for us. Since our first order with Good360 we have only continued to be totally satisfied with everything we have gotten from them and with how they handle letting us know about new items and their professional and courteous people to work with, whether on the phone or by e-mail or however. The name Good360 is a group that does exactly what its name says it does. They spread "good" completely around.

Gulf South Leadership Institute has benefited a lot from the resources that Good360 makes available to nonprofits. We have been partners with Good360 for the last two years and this has been the greatest partnership. We couldn't accomplish the mission of "building communities, one leader at a time," or offering career readiness initiatives for youth effectively without this valuable partnership. Thank you Good360.

Our agency (JOY Ministries of Brazos Co., Inc.) has partnered with Good360 for 2 yrs now and through the services they provide we have been able to assist 23 needy families with NEW bedding and NEW household items and NEW toys for children in our program. This may seem like not such a huge deal to people who are able to go buy themselves new sheets when they 'want' but for someone who has never bought a new set of sheets for themselves or their children this is huge! We would like to commend the organization as a whole for their efforts and endeavors to assist small non profits in big ways! Sincerely, Tanya Knapp/ CFO (Board VP)

The purpose of Tennessee's Community Assistance Corporation is to assist non-profit organizations in East Tennessee provide products and incentives that will further the individual agency's mission by stretching their service dollars while providing much needed materials and supplies to those most in need. Without our partnership with Good 360 we would not be able to provide this valuable service to our community. The products we have received such as building supplies, paper goods, diapers, cleaning products have made a huge difference to both our non profits and those they serve.

The mission of Operation Food Search is to provide individuals in need with food and other basic necessitieis to help them allleviate the burden of hunger and its consequences. Good360 plays a vital role in that mission, providing household goods, personal care items, diapers, clothing and other essentials. The individuals who receive these items would otherwise struggle to provide them for their families and themselves and gives them comfort and a sense of wellbeing.

Our nonprofit organization has been working with Good 360 (and previously GIKI) for more than 15 years. We have 42 partner agencies that receive donations through this program. Our agencies are so grateful for the items, such as mattresses, diapers, toilet paper etc. that they have received - it allows them to serve more people and spend more of their budgets on direct service. This is a great way to increase impact and lower costs.

They aren't up front about their relationship to Good360.org. Good 360 restricts how much a nonprofit can use in a year, even if they receive a private donation specifically for purchasing an attachment to a store. I can't help but wonder if they are up front with the donor stores and the nonprofit organizations, as the restriction was NOT apparent/evident clearly on the good360.org website.

I’m sorry that your organization did not have the positive experience that our team strives to give all of our nonprofit members. Good360, formerly Gifts In Kind International, works hard to meet the product needs of nonprofits, while ensuring the security of the donations made by our generous donors. As stated on our registration page, all nonprofit members of Good360 must be a registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, and submit current financial documents for review, before they are granted full access to our online donation marketplace. Any restriction that an organization may face when requesting a donation, is set in place to follow specific distribution instructions from the donor company or as a check-in measure by our security and compliance team and is not intended to dissuade smaller nonprofits from working with Good360.
