Home health care helps individuals regain independence following an illness or injury, hospitalization or a nursing home stay through services such as skilled nursing, rehabilitation, iv therapy, medication teaching and set-up, home health aide, and homemaking. Outreach development: good shepherd outreach development provides management services to the divisions of the organization. Nutritional services to the apartment tenants are a service of the outreach development division.
