As a Director of the International English Academy I can say that Good Action Foundation is a great Foundation because it is helping a lot of people in Guatemala. since 2015 Good Action foundation has changed many lives promoting the dignity of the indigenous women in guatemala granted scholarships
for learning English, and supporting in many ways the English Center, where the indigenous women come every day to learn English to have more chances to apply for good Jobs position, in differents touristic places that Guatemala has.

Hello my name is Mario Alquejay, I am 40 years old and I am the director of the International English Academy here in Chimaltenango Guatemala. Chimaltenango is a town that is located 2 hours from the capital city, most of its habitants are 90% indigenous people who live in rural area.
Due to the pandemic time that we are living, there is not live class in the classrooms in all schools; many people are not studying because they do not have money to pay access to internet. Good Action Foundation is helping with scholarships. The students who have a scholarship by Good Action can have access to the online classes and they are getting success in their lives. The scholarships are giving to students that really cannot afford to pay an English class but they have the desire to speak and improve in their lives.
Currently we have a digital platform with a lot of English content to work online. Many indigenous young women have access though it and they are learning good English. This platform was financed by Good Action foundation in 2020 and we are very happy to teach online.
Last year we had awesome goals, many young people were learning English and now they are working already in Call centers and they are successful in their lives, and now they are contributing with the expenses of their house and getting a better nutrition. Thanks to Good Action Foundation.
As a director of the international English Academy I am very happy to work with Good Action Foundation because we are working for improving lives condition of many families with good education with English skills. We are giving hope to many indigenous women and men to have a dignity life in a short future.

Hi my name is Edy Alexander Yancis Cubur,I live in Sumpango Sacatepequez, to study English I have to walk thirty minutes from my house to take a bus to go to Chimaltenango city the bus takes like forty minutes to arrive to the city , I studied at in Internacional English Academy before, and Good Action Foundation gave me a scholarship in 2017. Hi, I'm Estefany Rodriguez. I live in Zaragoza. I'm 18 years old. I'm studying English in the
International English Academy. In my opinion International English Academy has been of great help for many people as women, men and children because the Academy helps them in their learning process of a new language that is English. Also the International English Academy offers scholarships to the town of Guatemala that does not have the necessary resources to pay for the Academy and they have wishes to overcome learning another language. The International English Academy has teachers able in a better teaching so that in this way Guatemala has more people able to work in English area as restaurants, hotels, museums, schools, travel agency and call centers. I am 18 years old. I have the opportunity to study English. My experience in the Academy has been very well because I have learned much things that I did not know about, for examples the new expressions, my pronunciation has been better because the program is good. The teacher has taught us the phonetics of the words, expressions and he has taught us how to use the body expressions they are very important to give us to understand at the moment of speak English.
