I know Golestan for a few years now. I love their mission and their dedication to uplift the life of underprivileged kids back home. They support kids in several orphanages in various provinces and provide services such as education support, food and clothes drive and skill set classes. This is an all volunteer ran US based organization that focuses on orphan care and child laborer issues and its operation is licensed by USA Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) . It currently supports 17 orphanages that are all NGOs helped by local community. I have visited some of their sponsored orphanages and would testify that those orphanes would be helpless if Golestan would not extend its helping hands to those vulnerable kids. Please consider supporting Golestan.

I am not sure how this organization work and how the transfer of money to Iran is possible under strict sanctions. It is likely that this organization is linked to Iran government. People running this organization should be investigated carefully.

Golestan brings orphanages out of poverty to have orphans flourish in Iran. It has been a great blessing to me to be able to know that I have an organization here in America that helps me impact kids in Iran, legally and transparently.

Golestan's efforts are combined with the comprehensive on-the-ground auditing they do to monitor the orphanages in Iran, maintain and improve the orphanages and encourage towards moving kids into families and I've seen the direct and broad impact they've had.

There are reportedly over 26,000 orphans living in orphanages in Iran. Supporting them lies on our shoulders, in the absence of a caring parent. They are the future of our society so investing in them has the highest impact of every dollar. The children that GF impacts will blossom in their life to build the society tomorrow, whereas if left alone, they may turn into a burden for society.
Golestan’s vision is to see orphans thrive in their lives and vows that every donation goes straight to supporting underprivileged children. Toward this end, Golestan is 100% volunteer-run with no paid staff. All administrative fees are covered by the board members.

Golestan Foundation has done a great job building trust among communities and helping orphans and under privileged children, by promoting their lives.
In addition to helping children, Golestan Foundation with the help of its donors was able to provide urgent medical equipments for hospitals that will help patients survive. These equipments including those used in ICU rooms, will save many lives and will help many people even after the covid pandemic is over.
