Mission: To make such an impact in the overpopulation of cats in our community that euthanasia is no longer needed. To collaborate with other rescues throughout Alabama in order to have a bigger impact on the overpopulation statewide. To educate the public in humane ways of reducing the cat population.
Results: As of the end of 2022 we have sterilized over 5000 cats through our 3 programs.
Target demographics: The overpopulation in our community through a variety or programs that work together to have the biggest impact
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 850 cats from reproducing
Geographic areas served: Marshall, Cullman and Blount Counties Alabama
Programs: Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR), Kitten Rescue and Our "Kitty Project" subsidized program for low-income families
