GlobeMed is a network of university students who partner with grassroots organizations around the world to improve the health of the impoverished. Through their involvement today, students commit to a life of leadership in global health and social justice.
Programs: GlobeMed provides comprehensive training and education to its 19 university chapters through the following:
Full-time Chapter Advising that provides weekly guidance on key operations issues to student leaders at each chapter.
Fall Leadership Institute that provides leadership training, personal development, and vocational discernment abilities to chapter leaders.
GlobeMed Intranet that provides guides, training materials, and resources for chapters to maximize their positive impact in poor communities.
By partnering enthusiastic, ambitious students with proven grassroots community organizations around the world Globemed harnesses the potential of each of these groups to reach their goal of lasting, effective health and human rights improvements across the Globe.
