Programs: Missions & evangelism - west africa: since 1981, global servants has ministered in west africa resulting in a lasting impact on people through village evangelism, church plants and humanitarian aid in ghana, burkina faso, togo, benin and ivory coast. In 2011, "house of grace - ghana" school for girls opened as a safe haven for girls at risk of being sold into child slavery. "house of grace - thailand": since 1988, global servants opened and operates a rescue home for girls in danger of being bought and sold into prostitution with the mission of "saving little girls for big destinies".

professional development for ministry & business leaders national institute of christian leadership: through year-long or week-long intensives, ministry leaders and business professionals are trained to maximize their organization's potential and steer their team towards growth. Other ministry events: dr. Rutland is a dynamic preacher and teacher and his schedule offers several opportunities annually for preaching and teaching throughout the nation and the world. He also leads a tour of the holy land annually.

media ministry: materials by dr. Mark rutland are produced and distributed, which are meant to educate, challenge and inspire. Through books, audio/visual media, sermon downloads, and broadcast media, global servants is pursuing its mission. All proceeds of dr. Rutland's books and media ministry go directly to further the mission of global servants.
