Mission: Empowering churches, communities, and families around the world to provide christ-centered care that builds self-sufficiency for orphaned and vulnerable children. God works through global hope to empower partners around the world to provide christ-centered care for orphaned and vulnerable children.
Programs: Support for one children's home in arad, romania, and on-going support for 7 children in foster families. Children are brought out of the state orphanage system and raised in our homes. Our childcare workers and house parents are all members of the christian community in romania. We have approximately 13 children in our care. Support for a day center in sibiu, romania. Approximately 12 children are provided after school care, including educational support and meals in a christian environment.
support for the hope for orphans rescue center (horec). The rescue center is home to about 40 children, and most of them have lost one or both parents to hiv/aids located in kenya. Also, supporter for the spring valley school. Spring valley houses both rescued children from the local community (approximately 200) as well as provides a school and feeding program for vulnerable local children.
