As a child I was reared in a home which had become known locally as the most protective refuge for those in danger. As a consequence we children were once very nearly orphaned in front of our eyes.
It is not easy being an agent of positive cultural change without being perceived as arrogant or paternalistic.
However, my East Indian friend, Global Action Area-Director Amit Mondal manages this balancing act with aplomb,
through Global's various Women's Seminars for Pastoral wives and other leading ladies. The uncommon affirmation and empowerment which the participants receive at these rare, rare opportunities to feel special and honoured in patriarchal India are deeply moving!
-- Kudos to to the ever respectful and resourceful Global Action for being able to deliver seriously significant blessing in gentleness and power!

Global Action makes a difference in a hurting world. Churches around the world are growing rapidly. Yet these gains can be lost without a trained leader. Global Action has found a unique way to train church leaders within their culture and language group using a model that fits their situation. The training gives them a solid Biblical grounding of the Old and New Testaments plus the basic skills of how to be a pastor. Trained leaders make a difference. Churches grow, lives are changed, and communities are impacted.

A few years back I was invited to teach a class for them in Central America. What impressed me the most was the quality of the students (amazing ministries, highly motivated) and how the curriculum being used addressed a very pressing need for them (had little knowledge of Scripture and how it applied to their daily ministry activities). Global Action has a very focused calling, and one that it fulfills very effectively.

We are thankful to know Nasko and through him, everyone at Global Action. Anyone who goes out into the world to preach, teach and train others for the Gospel has a servants heart. We are all called to share the Gospel of Christ in our sphere of influence, and some, are called to do so all over the world. We are privileged to support him and all those concerned with Global Action, thank you Nasko and Global Action for sharing the Word!

My husband and I recently had the privilege of attending two GLOMOS graduations and seeing the incredible excitement and gratefulness of graduates. It is so cool to see the way our donation dollars are being multiplied by God to reach so many individuals with the truth of His Word. Love this organization!!

Global action has been a strategic partner with our church and also an important part of our missions wing. To invest in Pastors and lay leaders by giving them a working knowledge of how to interpret God's word, model servant leadership and change communities is a powerful weapon against the enemy and poverty. .We have nothing but great experiences when we visit and see how God is using His people already planted to grow the church. I think this is how we change the world one nation at a time by equipping the saints and investing in the Gospel.

Global Action is a great name for this ministry. They are a group of people who truly love God and show it by going to places not many people want to go in order to help leaders grow in their faith with powerful biblical tools. This is a ministry of action.
My experience with Global Action the last couple of years has been nothing but amazing. My work with them has been specificity in Central America. I give God thanks and praise as I see how the Lord is opening doors in Central America to help pastors and leaders equip their church family’s for the work of ministry in these last days.

Global Action does a tremendous job in training and equipping pastors in developing countries. Global Action is making a great impact by investing in the training of pastors and leaders of local congregations, many of whom would have no access to training, to equip them to evangelize and disciple their home communities and countries. This approach is maximizing resources and donations to make the greatest kingdom impact with what they've been entrusted.

I was able to participate in a 16 day international mission trip experience with Global Action as part of a team/business leaders training local pastors and churches in ministry and leadership. It was a tremendous experience! Global Action does a great job providing training to pastors and church leaders in countries and locations where litle to no training is accessible. Global Action is effectively expanding the reach of the Gospel by training local pastors and leaders to communicate, teach and lead in their own culture and language!

Global Action continues to be an impressive and inspiring organization. I have been privileged to serve on the UK board and as a trainer in the teaching modules. Global Action has an amazing aptitude to create an atmosphere of encouragement and motivation for those drawn into the excellent vision. My own life has been deeply enriched by contact with excited and enthusiastic emerging leaders in many countries. This is the organization that has made a huge difference to many people. I love the clarity of purpose in teaching teachers to teach teachers. The good news of love compassion and caring continues to grow and spread in a beautiful and fruitful way. Long may Global Action continue to grow.

As a communications volunteer with Global Action, I see the dedication and passion of the employees and volunteers through the work they do every day from behind the scenes. The team members specialty areas and their compassion for others makes this organization unique. If the team aren't on a mission trip, raising money for pastor training, or revising training materials, then they are working tirelessly on other areas of need, such as forming strategic partnerships, searching for more volunteers, and working with local churches to spread the Word of Christ to children and communities in local villages of developing countries. The team may be small, but the amount of work produced is great ... and their work touches thousands of lives throughout the world.

Sue & I just returned from India, traveling with another ministry. We met many GLOMOS-trained pastors and others who have taken the course or have been blessed by GLOMOS graduates. Many are leading village churches where new believers are being added daily. These were tangible answers to our many prayers for the work of Global Action over the years.

In 2008, I visited India for the first time on a short-term missions trip that was life-changing. Such is the nature of God. You give Him your heart, step out in service to Him and nothing is ever quite the same again. And after experiencing God in this way, we are no longer satisfied with the mere stuff of ordinary life again.

Phil Long is God's man for Global Action and a global leader in training pastors. Global Action equips and trains pastors in some of the most difficult, hostile, hard-to-reach places on Earth. And nobody does it better. Countless thousands of people have had their lives impacted by this ministry and millions more remain to be served.

For the past two years I have been a monthly financial supporter of Global Action and am impressed with the vision and ministry of training pastors in developing countries who would not otherwise have access to Bible schools or colleges. I have also served as a volunteer instructor with Global Action in 2013 and 2014, teaching in Central America and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Pastors and leaders travel monthly to attend the teaching modules and are enriched and encouraged by what they receive. The work really is making a difference in the lives of these pastors and their ministries.

Global Action is deeply authentic organization dedicated to reaching the lost in sustainable ways. Their GLOMOS program teaches and trains national pastors within their home culture to plant and strengthen indigenous churches. This program multiplies as trained pastors then teach other pastors. The Global Action staff is committed not only to the work, but to spiritual and financial integrity. It is an organization that can be trusted to use their resources responsibly and productively.

My family and I have been supporters of Global Action for many years. We were first attracted to it because it allowed us to directly participate in spreading the gospel with tangible and transparent results. We love Global Action because we are able to be the hands and feet of Jesus through training pastors and empowering churches around the globe. God is clearly working in His international church and Global Action joins God's work by empowering those that God has called and training them to be effective, and to reach their communities for Him - both through compassion ministries and through grounded church and doctrinal foundations. Global Action trains locals to do the ministry which is both very cost-effective and very effective from an impact perspective. What a privilege to be able to partner with Global Action in its great work for God's glory! We thank the Lord for Global Action!

I have been teaching at the university level for over 25 years and teaching with Global Action in their GLOMOS program for the past three years. God is doing phenomenal things through GLOMOS, preparing men and women with solid biblical education to enter or continue their ministries as pastors and teachers. GLOMOS is an equipping ministry at its best, providing quality, intense education for these men and women. I love teaching for them, I love seeing what God is doing in their lives as He uses this ministry to better equip them for Kingdom Work. I can't wait to see how God is going to use this ministry in the future--in many more places!

I have been aware of Global Action since about 2007, and in 2012 taught with the GLOMOS church leader training program. This vital organization has continued working to meet various needs for struggling people and also to train emerging church leaders and pastors in various third world countries. I can speak best about the training program, which cultivates biblical understanding in ways that encourages and develops appropriate cooperation. The combination of teachers who are from the countries served as well as more developed nations provides a broad teaching basis that respects emerging church leaders and their indigenous cultures. This is completed while ensuring excellent training that has a real impact for the church. Ongoing relationships established through Global Action prove the adage about teaching someone to fish so they will eat for life. The growing network of GLOMOS trained people continue to walk and grow together as their respective ministries build the body of Christ in every way. This is one international organization that has a legacy of true and eternal impact for the Gospel and kingdom of Christ.

I have worked shoulder-to-shoulder with the staff of Global Action, both in their office as a volunteer and on a ten day overseas mission trip. I can say wholeheartedly that their devotion is to serve as Christ's hands and feet in ministering to the underprivileged around the world and in the training of native pastors. They are mindful of the trust that their donors place in them to wisely use their offerings.

I am personal friends with the staff of Global action and on occasion spend Tuesday morning prayer with them. They are committed and totally dedicated to reaching our world for Jesus! My favorite program at Global Action is the GLOMOS program. This program sends teachers into foreign countries to teach local pastors where they are. They get all the needed training at a fraction of the cost of bible school and they can keep on reaching their neighbors while being trained! The stories I have heard from the impact of this program are amazing! Respectfully, Keith

Daily, Global Action staff effectively and sacrificially bless the growing Body of Christ by encouraging and training leaders in key areas of the world. Globally, the church grows by leaps and bounds each year but the number of trained leaders for the new Believers lags well behind what is needed. Global Action fills that gap through a unique, Biblically-based training program that recognizes the cultural and social reality of local pastors and church leaders. Thousands of leaders have been trained by Global Action. These leaders, in turn, have seen their congregations grow more deeply in the Lord, and in many instances, have seen new churches planted among unreached peoples. Global Action is a ministry well worth the investment of your prayer, time, and resources.

I have been involved with Global Action since before the original launch over 16 years ago. As a supporting pastor, donor, employee and teacher with GLOMOS I have done around 50 trips to at least 8 different countries since 2002. I have always appreciated the focus to assist national leaders as partners. I am more excited than ever about our focus which is to help train leaders in Developing countries and to be a resource for them over the long term. Heading to Central America and Ukraine in November by God's grace. Pastor George Carr

Doners have the easy part. We write a check or authorize an automatic withdrawal from an account. Many times a group is forgotten. Not with Global Action. They are a hands on group seeking people to become involved with their hearts not just their pocketbooks.

When you meet the 'insiders,' the real workers at Global Action you can't help but fall in love with them and even if all you can do is donate you know you are affecting peoples lives, good people who care and give of themselves to share the love of the Lord Jesus Christ to as many hurting people as possible in any way they can. If it's a bowl of soup or a Bible then that is what they will do.

For those at Global Action to waste any resource given to them would be a sin against a Holy God, a shameful thing indeed. I am proud to be a part of the extended family of Global Action.
