I just donated on May 5, 2017 for $22 and they tried to charge my credit card for around $85,000. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and call my credit card company as well as they flagged it as a fraud alert. The charity sucks bad and I hope my experience helps other people out since I donated to a lot of charities around the globe like from Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, France, here in America (Red Cross, Feeding America, National MS Society, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, March for Dimes, Ronald McDonald House, Goodwill, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Susan G. Komen, United Way, and others from America) and international charities (UNICEF, Direct Relief, Doctors Without Borders, Lutheran World Relief, Charity: Water, World Wildlife Fund, and other international charities).

Hi John, We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. The issue you encountered was related to the autofill feature on some browsers temporarily functioning incorrectly and inserting zipcodes into the amount field of our donation form. We resolved the issue in May 2017 and contacted all affected donors. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
