Girl Flow is really helpful and gave me a very better understanding about periods! I used to be very uncomfortable to talk about it and thought of it as a 'gross' thing even though it's completely normal. I'm glad that Girl Flow is a thing as it gives young girls a better understanding about our bodies and to not be scared about it!!
