Mission: The purpose of the formation and operation of this non-profit corporation is to promote health and social welfare of it's members in the ownership of a swimming pool and other recreational facilities, together with such activities, in the county of guilford and the state of north carolina, for the exclusive use of it's members and their familites as stated under article vi.
