The joint process of Mental Health and the Department Of Justice broke down emotional and mental, social barriers to an openness in contrast to the isolation and destructive constriction of INCEST. The out-of-control compulsivity to abuse was harnessed through the structure of Mental Health Work supported and mandated by the State Justice System. It's a brilliantly constructed social model.
