A few years ago, i was going thru , i guess you can say my own personal experience of trials and tribulations.. You know what i mean staying with family and friends no income , just trying to not be a burden and push foward in my life or even feel like I acomplished sonmething for the day. I was told about genesis, from family. Im a very timid person so i was so nervous, but when I got there the staff that greeted me was amazing.. Very kind people, you can tell they are there to help. After they helped me get signed up, i went back to my familys with a variety of items to help us keep my family fed for the rest of the month.. I cant tell you how much they have helped me, and I appreciate all they have done for us, plus I couldnt even imagine how many people they help everyday. Thank you *
i get food when needed (on a once a month basis). usually very friendly and busy. this helps to supplement the family nutritionally. they are usually very caring and very willing to assist you with any food needs... thankful for this organization wish there were more available in our area...it is a blessing... they are all volunteers there... thank you for the support genesis inc of coffeyville... you are a hand up when i need it most ... :)
