Mission: To improve the health status of the communities we serve, especially the disenfranchised, poor and most vulnerable members by providing high quality, comprehensive care which is affordable, respectful, culturally and linguistically and age appropriate.
Programs: During the fiscal year ended 6. 30. 2015, the organization provided outpatient primary care services to approximately 40,350 unduplicated clients (including 2,942 homeless clients). Over 92% of the individuals served were at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. The medical department provided 94,589 patient visits. The dental department provided 33,236 patient visits, the optometry department provided 12,864 patient visits and the healthcare for the homeless program provided 8,393 patient visits.
