Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Future Scholars of Africa is more than just building the future of tomorrow. Future Scholars of Africa believes in the power of bringing a community together, we then as a community work together to solve educational problems together, one problem at a time. Therefore, educating one or two students at a time and inspiring other students whether they be in college or vocational school to dream of a better future and beyond.
Results: Until this day, Future Scholars of Africa has been able to help 3 students to accomplish their associate degree and where able to transfer to the University and continue their education. Future Scholars of Africa was able to organise workshops throughout 2018, to make African refugees and immigrants of their opportunities to go school with financial assistance programs such as FAFSA and different scholarship other than Future Scholars of Africa. In those workshop, we were including kids age 8 to 15, to see what they would love to be in the future and what questions they had in general. The results were incredible and we had more people than expected in those workshops.
