I adopted a kitten from FCAC in August 2017. It was such a positive experience adopting from this shelter! All of the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. They took time to answer my questions and made sure I knew I could reach out to them with any concerns or other questions. I was so impressed that I started volunteering for FCAC that next month, in September. Continued doing so several days a week the past 3 years, now here I am today- an employee! Programs: Greatest accomplishemt was the amount of animals that we were able to find homes for. The animal care cost exceeded the amount of revenue we made from adoption fees however donations that came in from individuals allowed for us to build a new building and provide excellent animal care.
