Nonprofit Overview

Causes: Animal Protection & Welfare, Animal-Related, Animals, Wildlife Sanctuaries

Mission: Full Circle Farm Sanctuary provides a safe and loving forever home to formerly farmed, discarded, abused, and neglected animals. They come to the sanctuary to heal, retire and to live out their natural lives as freely as possible. We commit to providing the residents with high quality life long care. No matter the medical obstacle they may face, we stop at nothing to ensure they receive the treatment they deserve. FCFS educates, advocates, and helps the residents tell their stories so they can be seen as someone, and not something. Full Circle Farm Sanctuary's work is in effort for all animals, but particularly farmed animals, to be seen as individuals, deserving of care, respect, compassion, and consideration. The FCFS residents are the lucky ones. They represent the billions of lives currently in the animal agriculture system. We believe in putting in the work and collaborating to create a kinder world for all.

I can't say enough positive about FCFS! I had 3 piglets, that were being sold for meat at the local Farm Market. I bought them from the farmer, and thought 'uhoh...now what?!' Full Circle had just started, not even open to the public yet, and they welcomed the three little girls with open arms. Since then, I have visited the Sanctuary several times, and the pigs, now several hundred pounds, were obvious so happy. All of the animals at Full Circle are happy and safe and so well taken care of. The staff and volunteers are compassionate and know so much about farm animals, so everything is truly done JUST RIGHT. It's easily the best Sanctuary I've ever visited. Thank you for being there for the animals, Full Circle!

You can certainly tell that Full Circle Farm Sanctuary is doing great work by observing all of the happy farm animals. They are truly living their best life here and their friendly lively behavior shows that. Volunteering there is always a joy. The staff is friendly and organized, it's a chance to get to know the animals, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. It's an easy drive from Atlanta, just over an hour. Highly recommend visiting if you get the chance!

I was attending a fund-raising Gala in Atlanta in April 2016 for an animal rights organization when the board president of Full Circle Farm Sanctuary announced to the crowd that the sanctuary had acquired some additional acreage and was moving to GA in order to rescue more residents. I was so excited and began immediately volunteering that spring to help build fencing for pastures for the different species who would soon be moving to GA. In 2017 I was asked to join the Board of Directors as secretary and have remained on the board in that position for the last five years. I remain in awe of all that it takes to run a sanctuary and provide the utmost care for each and every resident. The sanctuary is under the direction of an experienced, knowledgeable and caring executive director and each of the caregivers are the absolute best They genuinely embrace the mission and love the residents. The FCFS animals have truly found their forever loving home - and I am so thankful to be a part of this important mission. We have hosted many tours and events - and I've seen the impact that hearing the animal's stories has had on the hearts and minds of our visitors in realizing that all animals are sentient beings and have the right to live their lives in peace and tranquility as nature intended.

Volunteering at an animal sanctuary was on my Wish List for years, so when I first visited Full Circle Farm Sanctuary in the Spring of 2019 I was thrilled with how beautiful the property is and the friendly and welcoming vibes from the staff and other volunteers. I have learned so much about all of the residents and am always surprised by how at-home I feel in such close proximity to all types of animals. I always leave FCFS in a better place mentally than I arrived. It is just so calming and I always feel like I'm a million miles from civilization.

The first picture is Dougie, a goat famously blind from birth. The last time I visited FCFS, my job was to clean Dougie's shed that he shares with three other goats and put down fresh bedding for them. I was almost finished the first phase of cleaning when Dougie laid down in the last dirty corner of the shed and refused to get up, even though I tried to give him gentle hints that I was trying to finish sweeping. Finally I realized that Dougie was enjoying listening to the podcast I was playing on my phone, so I put it in my pocket and walked out of the shed with my broom. After a minute or two Dougie came out after me, or more to likely to continue listening to the podcast. So, mission accomplished. For both of us.

I have been a long time supporter of the mission of Full Circle Farm Sanctuary. I started as a volunteer and am know a member of the board. I believe in what we are doing for the animals and to share knowledge to inspire more people to adopt a kinder lifestyle. The residents of Full Circle have come from many different places and have experience a range of cruelty and neglect, once they arrive their safety and well being is top priority. The animal care team does an excellent job providing individual care for each residents needs.

I have been volunteering at FCFS for a few months now and it is always such a loving place to be! The staff is always super helpful when i have questions about the enclosures or how to perform my duties. They always are happy to educate you on how to help more in your daily life, how what you’re doing impacts the animals at the farm, and about the animals lives/history. I drive over an hour and a half to come to this sanctuary because it is the best!! Not to mention the animals themselves are the SWEETEST!!!

I had been wanting to find a farmed animal sanctuary near Atlanta & was thrilled when I discovered Full Circle. I was so amazed by my first visit, that I kept coming back. That was four years ago.

Full Circle Farm Sanctuary provides an excellent forever home to its rescued residents. They receive the care, love, & dignity, that they deserve. Every resident is respected & treated as an individual. They are given the opportunity to make their own choices, & to form bonds & friendships with other animals. It's incredible to see where the residents came from, & where they are today.

The staff works just as diligently to educate the public about the plight of farmed animals. I've learned so much by being around the residents & hearing information on guest days & tours. I'm not alone. After interacting with Full Circle & the residents, either in person or online, many people have learned new information about farmed animals & have been inspired to make compassionate lifestyle changes.

I'm forever grateful to Full Circle for their dedicated work & for the opportunity to volunteer with an organization that I believe in. I always feel so happy after every visit & volunteer shift. To see farmed animals thriving in a beautiful & loving environment is deeply moving. I only wish that every farmed animal had the same opportunity.

The Full Circle staff takes excellent care of all its rescued residents. In addition to giving the residents medical care, nutrition, shelter, and enrichment, the staff is dedicated to outreach and education in libraries, schools, and community groups. They also have strong links with other sanctuaries and frequently help in their rescue efforts. I strongly recommend coming to Full Circle for guest days. You'll learn about the individual residents as well as the challenges these species in general face due to exploitation. There is also an excellent volunteer program with orientations offered regularly.

Life Changing Experience!
Full Circle Farm Sanctuary is an amazing place to visit. They offer both tours and volunteer opportunities. Participating in either opportunity you learn about the rescued animals and gain a better understanding of what it means to live a compassionate lifestyle.

Spending an afternoon hugging Dougie the sweetest blind goat you will ever meet, seeing how much the always loving pigs Brando and Sebastain enjoy their belly rubs, or simply walking pasture to pasture to enjoying the engagement with the about 200 rescues, is a life changing experience. The property is beautiful and the staff is welcoming to all visitors.

Volunteering as a one time or on a regular basis is a great way enjoy the landscape, support the compassionate mission of FCFS and spend time bonding with these amazing animals.

I highly recommend visiting for a paid tour as a family, or participating in free volunteering with family, friends or co-workers. Bring your camera to capture the memories.

Full Circle Farm Sanctuary is an amazing organization. The foundation of FCFS allows anyone to contribute no matter what your back ground is. The founder, the board members and staff create a compassionate culture, welcoming to all while providing the best care for all of the residents. The programs including tours, volunteer orientation and community outreach provides the opportunity to learn and gives guidance to participants.

Each resident (rescue animal) is valued. They all have a story, a name, an identify and the opportunity to live a life free of cruelty and full of love. I have volunteered at other animal rescuer organizations and have really enjoyed my time with these organization, however my time at FCFS has been life changing.

Becoming involved with Full Circle Farm Sanctuary has been absolutely life changing for me. I found out about the sanctuary at a time when I needed a positive force in my life- Kayla, my fellow volunteers at FCFS, and, of course, the incredible animal residents have all had an incredible impact on my well being. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such compassionate and caring individuals, and to be in the company of such wonderful living beings. The work that I have been doing as a volunteer and board member at FCFS has been so rewarding- I look forward to every opportunity I get to go and work at the farm, help out at a fundraising event, etc... FCFS is the kind of place where you can feel great about the work you are doing while knowing that every effort you make is directly helping other humans and animals alike. FCFS is doing amazing and important work, there is absolutely no doubt about that.

Full Circle Farm Sanctuary does tremendous and important work by providing loving care for animals who might otherwise have been killed for lack of space or for food. It also very effectively educates the public about the serious problems involved with animal agriculture, specifically the violent treatment and slaughter of sentient beings for no reason other than long-ingrained habits. Founder Kayla Worden, her board, and volunteers are passionate, energetic, and effective voices for animals typically used for food.

I am a regular volunteer and a board member of Full Circle Farm Sanctuary and I can say without a doubt that the founder of this charity, Kayla Worden, is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. Her level of dedication and drive is astounding. She is truly an inspiration to others and an absolute savior to scores of marginalized animals that would otherwise be living and dying in the most horrific of circumstances. Not only is she responsible for the rescue of the animals at her sanctuary, but she actively works to place unwanted/abused/neglected animals all over the country into situations where they will be safe, well cared for and well loved. This is an organization most worthy of support, especially for those concerned with protecting and raising awareness about the plight of farmed animals.

I visited Full Circle for the first time a few months ago to join a friend for Volunteer Day. I was blown away by the dedication and love that Kayla shows all of her rescued animals. This is a sanctuary that is doing some incredible things. Aside from rescuing the forgotten and abused animals that so desperately need help, Kayla is a strong advocate for compassion and teaching the community that all animals deserve to live a life free from harm and exploitation. I have to say it was one of the most wonderful days of my life to be surrounded by so many beautiful animals. You could just feel the gratitude in their hearts and I look forward to the next time I can volunteer at Full Circle soon!

I've volunteered at Full Circle Farm Sanctuary a number of times over the years. The founder of the sanctuary, Kayla Warden, carries a huge responsibility, caring for over fifty animals, largely on her own, as far as day to day operations go and I've always been amazed by her selfless efforts to take on such a vast responsibility. Kayla goes above and beyond providing basic needs to residents of Full Circle to ensure the health and well being of each individual animal is optimal. She truly walks the walk and makes a difference for animals and it's reflected in the top notch sanctuary that is Full Circle Farm Sanctuary.

Full Circle Farm Sanctuary is a place that exceeds all expectations. One of the main goals is to take in animals that need help, and the Sanctuary has helped so many since its inception. The Sanctuary also does extensive outreach to create a positive community in the southeast and all over the nation. Once I visited, I fell in love with its mission, passion, and animals. Their mission is compassion based, wrapped with a steadfast commitment to save and sustain all animal life. Kayla and the others are resourceful and creative. They are also very respectful and intelligent when talking with others about the benefits to all human and animal kind if the world would adopt a vegan lifestyle.

Full Circle Farm Sanctuary is an amazing place where more than 50 rescued animals can live out their lives in peace and receive the compassion and care that they deserve. I have been volunteering here regularly for a year and a half and cannot say enough about how much Kayla Worden does for them. In addition to providing excellent vet care, Full Circle is always doing outreach at regional festivals to educate people about the horrors of animal agriculture. As President of the board, I can tell you that every dime donated goes directly to the care of these animals. Vet bills (farmed animal vets and avian vets), structural costs (barns, coops, etc), and nutritional needs (all residents eat a diet that has been well researched to meet their needs) are costly and any donation is greatly appreciated. Full Circle hopes to grow and rescue more animals who can then be ambassadors for all those whose suffering is hidden from society.

Full Circle farm Sanctuary is operated with the organization and compassion that only someone like Kayla can provide. You can tell the animals feel secure at this peaceful sanctuary because they know people can care and because the get great accommodations - that btw need constant food, shelter improvements and add-ons!
I plan on coming back whenever she needs a hand, prepare for winter or just to say hello to the many animal friends adjusting to freedom.

I have been visiting Full Circle Farm Sanctuary for a little over a year. Since the first time I went I was so impressed with the great care given to all the animals living there. Each one has so much attention and is care with so much detail that I was so impressed. The animals are so happy and safe there. Despite the limitations of not being a wealth or big Sanctuary, all the structures and places for each animal , their housing, food and all leisure, rest and health need are meet every single day. There are always projects to improve housing, clean, open up more space, get animals exercise and healthy interaction and lots of love daily too!Beside this daily jobs, FCFS also does outreach and education about farm animals close and far. Their doors are always open for visitors and they make sure people get educated about the residents of the sanctuary as well as ways to help animals in general. I recommend FCFS very highly! They deserve to be supported by everyone!

This charity truly saves lives. And not only do they save lives but they save the lives of those who are often overlooked. The animals here are treated like equals and receive the utmost care and attention. They do everything they can with what they have. I love visiting and seeing all of the happy animals!!

One day, I found a goat stuck in a fence... I didn't want to send her to a farm where she would be slaughtered or impregnated for milking. I called everywhere, desperately trying to find a sanctuary and forever home for her. Kayla Worden was a godsend for us. It wasn't easy but she MADE room for this sweet goat and has since made an amazing life for her. I have visited her several times and she is healthy, happy, and well-adjusted. She even has a blind goat best friend named Nestor!

I am forever grateful to Full Circle Farm Sanctuary and the amazing work they do!
