This wonderful sanctuary personalizes the stories of all the animals and invites followers into the sanctuary family via funny, charming, original, inventive stories, photos and videos. They are always completely transparent, down to earth and grateful to their donors, neighbors and volunteers.
These people are the most caring and loving people I have ever seen for animals! They work so tirelessly to take care of these animals, that wouldn’t have a Home, and I feel like would surely be deceased. Animals and take such good care of them, they could surely use some help!
This is a wonderful non profit. Kay keeps us up to date on all the animals she posts serveral times a day. Kay tells us stories on all the animals there lives before they came to FSFS. She always responds to Questions or comments not very many sites do that. I really don't know how she does it. With all the care and posting funny captions to her pictures. She keeps everyone engaged in the sanctuary i admire what she has accomplished. I give what i can i send a check and i always recieve a thankyou note from her. FSFS is a amazing place and deserving of recognition for all they do.
It is always a pleasure to help out when I can! I feel like a part of the farm as we share each day with them through delightful, heartfelt posts by Kay on their Facebook page. There are always several presentations of each day, which in my option are worthy of a best selling novelist. There is never any doubt what is going on at the farm and that the animals are well loved.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is one of the best sanctuary's that I have ever followed. The animals are taken care of way beyond what most people would do, They are amazing. I can hardly wait each morning to check out the posts. Kay does an amazing job of keeping us all informed about the animals with pictures and colorful comments. Love Love Love Frog Song.

I have been following Frog Song Farm Sanctuary Inc. for some time now. I have found them to be one of the best sanctuaries that I have seen. The care they give their animals goes way up and beyond what is simply necessary for life. They make sure each and every animal has the Best Quality of life possible. Any animal in need would be so lucky to land at Frog Song. My favourite by a landslide.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary rescues horses, donkeys, cows, llamas, chickens, geese, pigs and more, providing sanctuary for animals who may have been abused or received limited care in their former lives. At FSFS, they find a place to live out their lives in peace and comfort.
My friends and I have visited frog song multiple times and each time we leave so incredibly impressed. They truly put all their blood, sweat and tears into giving these animals the best life possible. Frog Song gives me hope for a better future for animals.
It is an absolute pleasure to see all the great work done by this wonderful organization. Frog Song Farm Sanctuary does an amazing job providing a home to all the horses, goats, ducks, pigs and other incredibly lucky animals that they rescue.
FSFS is just like family!
Kay is a God-send to all of the lovely souls who call FSFS their home! (We Love PIGGY NITE NITE for Hamilton! )
Every day we can find out how everyone's doing and what they're up to and just get the biggest laugh out of many stories!
I just wish we were closer to FSFS!
I do contribute every month to them and as needs arise! It makes me feel a part of things!
Love to All at FSFS!
I love the videos and accompanying stories narrated by Frog Song Farm Sanctuary provider Kay.
She obviously cares deeply for the animals and birds She has the unique gift of conveying her love in a gentle humorous manner with each animal's character beautifully described.
I look forward to each update each story she weaves. She makes the most repetitive mundane chore on the Sanctuary full of fun and intrigue with her magical stories.Every night she sings Hamilton a blind disabled pig a lullaby. He adores her.
Please grant her financial support so she may continue to make animals and her readers lives full of joy and happiness.
I found this Sanctuary while looking online for another one and fell in love with the compassion and humor of the multiple daily posts from the owners. These animals are so well cared for, and the owners will go to any lengths to give their animals the best years of their lives. Like humans, I believe animals have humility and dignity in their later years and they are getting it at this sanctuary.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary goes to all lengths to ensure the best care for their animals, no matter how sick, old, big or small. Many of their animals arrive to the Sanctuary with serious medical issues, neglect and are often starving. Something I especially appreciate, their almost daily photos and Facebook and Instagram posts that are detailed, sometimes painful with sad news and more often humorous. You know where their money goes and see the love they have for the animals in their care.
I have been following FSFS for a couple of years now. I absolutely love them, it makes my heart so incredibly happy the work and dedication they put into theses animals ❤. Some of them were truly loved before coming to FSFS but for unfortunate circumstances they were rehomed to continue the love with a new family. The less ufortunate fur kids were rescued and found a beautiful, loving, trusting, caring, giving, most beautiful adopting family, human and all other accepting 4 or 3 maybe 2 legged friends. If I've ever been a part of and followed any group this one is by far the most top notch. If you can't donate money, or anything you will love following their heart felt stories. Love you FSFS. Simone
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is an incredibly special place where animals who have been abused can live out their lives knowing only love beyond any boundaries. Their tummies are full even with special diets, treats are often included and their medical needs and vet care are always taken care of. At this haven the animals always come first. Seeing the posts and updates from here are most definately one of the highlights of my day.

What an incredible sanctuary this is! The posts that are shared almost always bring a smile as there is undoubtedly a cute or funny story that accompanies each one. Each one of the animals has a personality that is shared thru the photos and wonderful comments. It is so easy to see how loved and well cared for each one is and on the rare occasion when one reaches the end of their life at the Sanctuary it is always with love, compassion and yes sadness for they will each be missed.
I am daily blessed by these amazing people who tirelessly and lovingly help these precious and sweet animals get their happily ever after. Kay and Richard are 2 of the best people you will ever find. These animals who had such cruelty before being rescued, are transformed by being encircled in such love and kindness. May we all be inspired by their examples.
Kay never had a bad thing to say doesn’t let the weather or life get them down. They take in any animal that needs help and she shares their thoughts as she sees it in a humorous manner that keeps us up on the everyday goings on with the horses pigs and llamas also the dogs who supervises the farm. The ducks keep watch on the comings and goings.
I follow this nonprofit on Facebook but I know someone that works directly with them. I'm so impressed with the work they do, the love they give, and the transparency they share on their donations and expenses. This is an amazing sanctuary for aged, ill, and abused farm animals. The woman who leads this nonprofit posts daily, many times more, with stories and videos of the animals. You can tell how much she and her volunteers love every single animal there. And the videos show the love and devotion the animals return to her and her husband. They go to great lengths to save these animals who have special needs and who have never known such love. I'm sure they all think they are in heaven. I'm retired so my income is limited but I donate to them every time I can. I know that every penny goes to the animals, their care, and vet bills.
There are so many nonprofits that even though well meaning just don't have the skills to properly manage a nonprofit. Frog Song Farm Sanctuary excels at properly managing donations and engaging with the public to be a very successful and loving animal rescue. Following their posts uplifts my spirit all day.
I love my daily dose of "Tails from the Frog Song". I feel as if I know all the characters (animals) in the story, in great detail. From the sorted love triangles, to triumphs of weight needed to be gained by some and lost by others. Injuries healed. Best friends made, and on those sad occasions a life lost. Everyday, I look forward to seeing all the familiar faces and hearing the story of the day. The lives they save and the love they give; letting each animal live out their best days till the very last breath they take. I am overjoyed to know they are there and willing to give what I wish I could! I give them 10 stars!

I have learned about this wonderful nonprofit on Facebook. They have a variety of animals under their care, and many of the animals were rescued from terrible circumstances. Kay shares pictures and stories of the animals everyday. They have a slogan that they help the animals "live the best of their lives for the rest of their lives." I have made several donations to this nonprofit and will continue to do so as my finances allow. I like the idea of helping these people help these llamas, horses, pigs, chickens, goats, cows, turkeys, dogs, cats, and one alpaca!
It is truly heartwarming to see how Frog Song Farm Sanctuary cares for all of their precious animals. From sun up until after sun down, they are providing exceptional food, care and going beyond meeting the needs of these lovely critters! In addition, Kay takes the time to share photos, videos and entertaining commentary that SO many of us enjoy! We love FSFS!!
This is the best rescue ever. They are completely transparent and all rescues are completely spoiled. You can check their Facebook page multiple times a day for updates. They have a variety of animals and somehow they all manage to live in harmony.
I love this organization, I have learned so much about the different animals and watched them flourish under the care of these wonderful people. Through the postings and information my family is now vegetarian, as they highlight the personalities of these beautiful creatures. I am so glad they exist.
I Love everything about FSFS. If I miss there post because I am busy I feel like something is missing. They are the most caring and loving animal people. If I was a farm animal I would want to live at FSFS.
I currently volunteer at Frog Song Fam Sanctuary and can tell you first hand it is the most beautiful place on earth. You can just look at their animals (so many with medical problems) and see how healthy all of them look. They are so well taken care of and loved. Richard and Kay are absolutely amazing! They are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure FSFS is the soft, loving landing any and all animals deserve. This is my happy place, and no place on earth I would rather be.

I do some volunteer work for FSFS and I cannot even put into words how much I love this farm. Kay and Richard are so awesome, they pour 100% of themselves into this sanctuary and it’s so obvious. The animals are ALL so very well taken care of and the farm is the most beautiful place I’ve even seen, I wish I never had to leave!
Eternally grateful for FSFS Owners, Staff and Donors for their hard work, dedication and support only out-weighed by their boundless compassion and personal sacrifices in caring for God’s creatures big or itty-bitty in need. A delightful plus is following Kay’s hysterical observations keeping friends updated with the latest ‘As the Frog Turns’ back-stories and antics.
FSFS has become a wonderful part of my day. The stories about the animals are heartwarming. Kay provides funny insights into the lives of these rescues. I love her stories & videos of the three blind horses. It's amazing to see them moving with ease in their pasture. Each time a new animal joins the family, we can follow them from heart breaking situations, through vet care to stabilize them & then watch them live a life of safety & love. Following on FB gives us a chance to interact. It's wonderful to be able to provide support for this amazing organization.

I started following FSFS about a year ago when my sister (who is also a huge animal lover like me) told me about Kay and Richard and the FSFS family.
I follow this organization several times each day and donate whenever I can. In my humble opinion these individuals and their volunteers are angels on earth helping so many animals.
I would strongly encourage you to follow, donate if you can and support this amazing organization. You will be so blessed to be a part of an organization that blesses and provides outstanding care to so many animals in need.
This charity's wonderful work with, and compassion for the animals in its care is inspirational and life-affirming. A much-needed resource.
This is a great place these babies are loved on and taking care of like each one is the only one there
Wonderful wonderful place. I can tell that Every duck, horse, turkey, chicken, sheep, goat, pig (and I’m sure other critters I overlooked) are loved and cared for deeply. My favorite of course is PNN ( piggy night night) with Hamilton the pig. Love this sanctuary!
Truly magical place. 3 legged goats, paraplegic pigs, blind horses. All treated horribly by humans in the past and now living their best lives.
Kay and Richard are truly committed to providing animals the love and caring they deserve.
Rest assured any penny you donate will go directly to helping the animals.

Amazing place. The equivalent to the Island of Misfit Toys. Animals that were previously abused and starved get a second chance at life. Paraplegic pigs, 3 legged goats, blind horses and donkeys. If this place doesn't make you cry with joy for the new life of these beautiful animals, you don't have a heart.
Every penny donated goes to animal care. You aren't paying the salary of some expensive CEO of the charity. It is truly a grass roots effort.
They go far beyond what is expected of them to achieve that everyone in their care are healthy and well taken care off. They also keep us well informed about what’s going on multiple times daily.
They took in some animals from another Sanctuary I had visited. They always take in as many as they can! I love their stories and how well their animals do!!! They are THE BEST!!! And I always need a calendar from them!!

What do most people do when they retire? Me? I do nothing or anything I want. But the folks at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary take in abused, medically challenged or neglected animals to live out their lives in paradise. They get A1 treatment 24/7 every day of the week. That's not retirement!!! It's darn hard work!! But the love they give these animals make up for all the hard times these creatures had to experience. Can't think of a nonprofit that doesn't give 250 percent EVERY day, ALL day. But I really think the humans are the ones who get more blessings. Because the animals show their gratitude!!!!
Absolutely love this rescue with a heart as big as the herds they have from goats, llamas, pigs, ducks and horses and more. Always willing to take on a senior rescue.
Willis morning-breakfast-run always make my day and in the evening I love to listen to the piggy nighty nights with King Hamilton and his royal snout fuzz♥️
I’ve followed Frog Song Farm Sanctuary for almost two years. This is such a worthwhile organization, and Kay is always transparent in her multiple daily posts. I’ve gotten to watch as they took in horses, llamas, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys and even cats and dogs! Many of the animals that come to them are in desperate need of care: medical, nutritional, and emotional. The empathy and compassion that Kay, Richard and Kathy show these unwanted (and sometimes neglected) animals speaks to my soul. Whenever needed, no expense is spared for medical care, but they also recognize the limits of intervention. There are heartbreaks and goodbyes, always handled compassionately, and with respect. Frog Song has become a very bright spot in my days!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary truly lives up to its promise to give animals “the best of their life for the rest of their life”!! Kay, Richard, and helper Kathy do a tremendous job of caring for the varied animals, but also letting followers in on the fun with many pictures and hilarious stories about the animal family making them “close personal friends” with the followers. Love this incredible group!

Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is amazing! They are totally on top of the care needed by a wide array of animals. The time, care, and especially the love Kay and Richard (and helpers) show for these animals is tremendous, and the animals learn to trust them very quickly. Kay is an incredible communicator - her online posts for those of us who follow FSFS are informative and entertaining, making it possible for us to get to know the animals better and feel like a part of the gang!!
I’ve been following Frog Song Farm Sanctuary on FB and their website for a few years. I’ve never seen, met or heard about a more devoted group than these fine people. Kay, Richard and their friend Kathy love and care for these animals. They take in those animals that no one wants. Animals that are considered “disposable” to others. These precious animals are given food, love, medical attention, love, and warm caring environment and more love. There saying is that they are giving these animals “the best of their lives for the rest of their lives” and they truly are doing just that.
As an added bonus, Kay writes daily on their facebook page about all the animals. She writes so well it’s as if you’re watching a Hallmark movie.
I absolutely love Frog Song Farm Sanctuary. I look forward to watching videos, viewing photos and reading the stories of the daily activities of the sanctuary animals and their caretakers. I have found this media interaction to be both inspirational and a sweet connection to kindness. Please support this non-profit and their goal to save and take care of abused and abandoned animals.
Happy ,descriptive, uplifting mini updates on all of the animals, If you've never heard of a rescued, blind hog being sung to each night before bed, tun in~Obviously, the owner manages a loving sanctuary for all her animals....each one has a name, and a personalized routine. I only wish a human' s choice of retirement homes was anywhere near so powerfully kind as this retreat.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is a wonderful operation.. They care for a large, diverse group of animals with very little in the way of support staff. They use the same vet services and general animal support personnel who come to know and love each animal.
I'm on hospice and don't have too much time to do things that don't fill me with joy. This amazing group of animals have stolen my heart and I faithfully keep up with them daily. Thanks to the funny, endearing, informational, and sometimes heartbreaking videos I watch each day, I am guaranteed a smile and/or chuckle or full on snort-laugh. I've come to know and love each little creatures story, and watch their personalities and play. The animals are well loved, protected and cared for with the utmost compassion and respect for the individual's particular needs. In my next life, I'll have my own frog song farm Sanctuary ❤
Every day I look forward to seeing the videos and photos of the various animals, from the marvelous pigs enjoying their watermelon parties and Willy running to be fed, Hamilton's bedtime songs with interruptions from Abe or Tucker, the turkeys good mornings, the DooWops, Jed, Atlas and the other horses, the cow beauty pageants, Harold and the other goats, Layla and the llamas, the Ram Jack and Diane romance, Maggie the fashion trendsetter, the Ozzie and Harriet patrol, the new arrivals/rescues, Bridget and the dogs, the community of friends who help with transport, the vet and farrier updates. Each post usually includes a touch of humor and allows us followers to feel like we know each animal. We learn to know their names and characters, as well as their favorite foods. We feel emotionally invested and worry about their health issues. Kay, Richard, Kathy and their kind helpers do phenomenal work. It is no doubt exhausting, but they never complain and share the joy and realities of caring for all these wonderful creatures. It is one of the best non-profits to follow and contribute to.
FSFS brings in a mix of ailing, or aging, or abused goats, pigs, horses, donkeys, turkeys, chickens, ducks, alpaca, llamas, dogs and barn cats. All animals big and small are treated with the utmost love, respect, kindness, healthcare, food, treats, fans for the heat, etc etc etc. Plus, on top of all the usual chores and care, Kay gives those of us who observe and support from afar some of the best stories highlighting the personalities of the animals, their needs, their accomplishments, the setbacks, the needs of the sanctuary, and all with heart and humor. I’ve always loved animals but with mostly just knowledge on dogs so following the sanctuary has taught me a great deal (especially about pigs and horses). Her stories and how much they meant to me day to day when I was caring for my mother is why my bucket list includes a visit to them some day. That and I have got to see Maggie’s hairdo up close and personal one day ;) iykyk
Not only does this sanctuary save animals, they educate the world about animal care in a very humorous and touching way. The owners show how sentient all creatures are, and give them a voice that hopefully inspires people even more to be kind to ALL animals.
Truly inspirational and their dedication to saving more animals is incredible!!!
P.s. You HAVE to follow their Facebook page. It's gold.
I found Frog Song through a friend who rescued a cow named Fred from an awful situation and took him this wonderful place where he is now flourishing and living his best life. Every day I watch them care tirelessly for abandoned, old, and sick animals and give them the best life for the rest of their lives. I support them as much as I can and look forward to every post on every animal. It’s the most enjoyable part of my day and I would give every penny I could to them for the hard work and love they give these beautiful animals. I can’t say enough about these folks.
I found them on Facebook and just fell in love!!! I don’t know where they find the energy or the time to do everything they do!! Kathy explains what they do and why, and even adds a bit of humor!! I feel like I know the animals personally!!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary thrills me every day with Facebook photos of the progress that their animals have made from the time that they arrived through their time there. So many of their beautiful animals arrive skinny from starving or with infections or no eyes. The loving staff spend from morning til night lovingly treating each of them until they are able to enjoy their life on the Farm. I am impressed by their dedication and professionalism and how much they share with our community through photos and stories about the history of all of the sweet animals that they care for each day. They are servants of the Lord.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary takes care of animals that have been abused, abandoned, discarded or displaced. Through their wonderful (and often very funny) Facebook page, I feel that I know these animals individually and can clearly see the love and care they receive at the sanctuary. Following their stories has brought joy to my life. This nonprofit squeezes the most out of every donation to heal and care for everything from blind horses to three-legged goats. They deserve all the support they can get.
They do wonderful work and care so much for their animals. Love seeing them so happy after such neglect.
I’ve never seen a group so dedicated to caring for such a diverse group of animals for the sheer love of it!
I learned of this place quite by accident several months ago. Now I feel like I know every animal personally. These people take care of animals that most would not, blind, old, disabled etc. Their posts are the first thing I look for when I sign on to Facebook. I have learned a lot about some farm animals I did not know. I wish I had the means to help them. Their posts about these animals are so uplifting except when one has crossed the rainbow bridge. That's when I cry. I wish there were more places like this to care for and especially love these animals in their later years.
I have followed Frog Song Sanctuary for years and I absolutely love what they do for animals! I’m sure they all think they have arrived in Heaven! I donate when I can, but wish I could do more. These people are the best!!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is the most amazing place! What Kay, Kathy and Richard do is incredible. The way they care for and love their animals is something to behold. They take in senior and special needs farm animals and post daily their goings on. I think by keeping their followers so involved and Kay's way with words is something very special. The first thing every morning I do with my coffee is see what's happening at the farm. It makes my day....every day!!!!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is a top-notch environment for the care and wellbeing of sentient creatures. This sanctuary provides refuge from a previous life of neglect, abandonment, or from a situation where an animal can no longer be cared for properly. Each personality has a name and is given quality care specific to their needs. They may live out their life in peace, feeling the love they are surrounded with each day.
I'm not sure where and when I discovered and started following Frog Song Farm Sanctuary but it was likely from a friend's post who was familiar with the sanctuary and the owners. Following their FB page has become a daily joy. There are multiple posts throughout each day introducing us to new animals who have had the good fortune to soft-land there and keeping fans of the site up-to-date with each animal's on-going story. The owners themselves work from sun to sun and more to give these worthy creatures their best lives in a setting which gives the animals freedom to roam and graze, explore and wallow and receive top-notch medical care for the special-needs they may have. FSFS posts are heartwarming, inspiring and life-affirming. I always feel better after seeing and reading what the little personalities are up to during Kay and Richards's daily rounds making sure all are fed, groomed, SAFE and content. You get to know all of the llamas, cows, horses, donkeys, ducks, dogs, cats, pigs and the neighbors who help like good neighbors do. It is a blessing in these difficult times and daily joy. Although I've donated from time to time as I can there is zero pressure to do so and not the focus of the site. And when I do, it's for a specific animal for a specific procedure. Any funds received above the amount needed are used with total transparency for the animals or necessities that keep them healthy and safe. My world is a little happier, kinder and gentler because of this organization.
I can’t imagine a better place for an animal to land. Although FSFS welcomes any “farm” animal, they specialize in seniors, and special needs animals. Animals that many others won’t take, animals that have nowhere else to go. As a veterinarian with experience in rescue work, I know, and can attest to, the exemplary care the residents receive. I wish all animals could experience this. Their transparency in the animals’ care, and how the funds they raise are used, is outstanding. Kay’s stories draw you into their lives, making it seem like you are actually there. I have been following FSFS for some time, and consider it an honor to be a supporter, one of the family.
I reached out to Frog Song Farm Sanctuary regarding a pair of donkeys I was asked to help place. Their family loved them deeply but are having health issues and not able to care for them like they had. I had been watching the posts for the sanctuary for a little while and realized this may be the perfect place to start a conversation. I reached out late one evening to see if they could give me some ideas of places that may be able to help, and received a message back almost instantly. The message made me cry, as it was an immediate offer to take them. "She loved donkeys, and could make room for 2 more". This was a huge relief for the family! I was in awe of the offer, and so happy for Danny and Daisy. They have found the perfect 2nd home and seem to be loved as much there as they were in their original home.
I will always support this sanctuary for being there for my friends, and hope you can be supportive of them too. Keep up the great work FSFS! We are blessed that you are a part of our community! Thank you for all you do! Ginger
I have followed FSFS for quite some time now and have had the privilege of visiting the sanctuary. The love for what they do and their unconditional love of these precious animals is evident in each story and photo shared. The stories are filled with emotions, funny and heartbreaking, but always with the utmost respect for the animals. Laugh out loud moments and ugly tears can accompany the daily stories, but the common thread is the pure love the animals now have. It wouldn’t be a complete day without the stories from FSFS.
I have followed the stories of FSFS for several years now. I have physically seen firsthand how amazing Kay and Richard are with the care of every one of the animals there. We stayed on the property and it is amazing. The animals get the best care and are living beyond their best lives there possible. They love these animals with all their hearts.

Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is a wonderful nonprofit. The quality of care for their animals is excellent be it horses, ponys, pigs, cows, goats, llamas, donkeys, chickens, or ducks. Many have come to FSFS from abusive situations or have suffered from neglect and immediately become part of the family. I have supported FSFS for quite a few years and always know my donations are used wisely. I love this organization! If anyone is searching for a great nonprofit to support, I highly recommend Frog Song Farm Sanctuary.
My feelings and love for this charity Were instantaneous. As soon as I saw the love and compassion and actions of the animals how they were treated.
They were family altogether. Realizing what it must cost to run such an operation and care for senior animals, injured animals and animals that have been saved. With the constant medication, Doctors visits an operations and Special feed/food, treats to hide medications, Farriers, are just beginning of costs....Watching all the love, compassion and time giving Us constant updates, all day, along with Beautiful photographs and stories of each individual Beautiful Animal...I am in Love with Frog Song Farm Sanctuary
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is located in Hodges, SC and is a home to llamas, horses, donkeys, piggies, turkeys, ducks, chickens, goats, cats and dogs. Some of the animals are older, some are blind, all have their quirky personalities and they all get along. The Sanctuary is not open to the public, but through their Facebook posts, you can see how much they are loved and cared for.
FSFS has an amazing Face book page with real time posts with daily stories of the animals enjoying life. Being able to watch the animal residents live out the rest of their lives in peace. They are respected, well-taken-care-of, loved, and allowed to retire in comfort and happiness.
It takes special people who have a heart that big to provide that kind of commitment for the animals best life!
I am unfortunately not able to travel do to illness. I have been a home body now for several years. The highlight of my day is to see FSFS on Facebook. It warms my heart to know the history of these fur babies and to know the loving care they receive from the FSFS staff and neighbors. It is definitely a five star nonprofit.
Every day I look for Facebook posts from FSFS. They make me smile. I'm retired and live alone. I feel like I'm part of the FSFS FAMILY. I know the history of most of the animals. They are doing important work. All animals are God's creatures. They deserve to live out their lives with love and comfort
the best people caring for a diversity of beautiful, funny, and clever animals and sharing it with the world! Thanks for all you do FSFS! Also hi Melvin - huge fan over here!
FSFS has a wonderful way of caring for special needs, mistreated and/or abandoned animals and telling their stories! Every day I look forward to each new episode, always multiple episodes in a day always with photos, (which shows that they are caring fully for each and every animal!) They have llamas, donkeys, 3 legged goats, a puck (…a duck who has chosen to live with the pigs), horses, cows, turkeys, dogs and a barn cat, to name a few. Their commitment to caring for these animals shines through every post!
What can I say? I came for the pigs and stayed for the love. Kay and her team, human and non human, are the best! I have been following them for a few years and the love and compassion they have is incredible. I truly think that they are the best sanctuary ever. If I lived closer I would spend my days as a volunteer and my nights working to keep these beautiful animals supplied with watermelons. I love Frog Song Sanctuary
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary does amazing work with their animals and also tells you stories abouth their residents. Their FB page is always the first one I look at and engage with daily. And how they fundraise their $ is completely aboveboard! You know that every single $ that is given to them is buying something strictly for the residents. They are the only charity that I donate to because of their transparency. I adore them!

The sanctuary residents are so incredibly loved and cared for! I look forward to seeing their posts everyday. I started following FSFS during my husband's chemo treatments and he and the infusion staff all got very involved with their rescue of a dog named Panda. From there, we all got involved with the residents and their stories. The saga of a pig named Dot and her absolute determination to get through barn fencing to get to the horses feed was especially entertaining. We had two teams in that room for awhile! A "Go Dot Go" and a "Go Kay Go". You will always smile, laugh and be so glad that you donated, liked a post or rooted for Dot!!
I’m based in Scotland and love the great work undertaken by Frog Song Farm Sanctuary. Not only do the team there do incredible work caring for animals in their senior years, they don’t hesitate to call in professionals, as needed, to support in dealing with some of the more complex medical conditions, the cost of which must be huge. These animals are living their best life with FSFS and it is truly heartwarming to see.
I enjoy reading the beautiful stories on Facebook bringing to life day to day life on the farm.

There is nothing they won’t do to provide all the comfort and care for their assortment of creatures-turkeys,ducks,pigs,horses,cows,llamas,alpacas,goats,cats and dogs. Hard working, beautiful people.
FSFS is the best!! they help so many SR animals and go that extra mile if needed to help any age or breed.
I love Kay & Richard and what they do for these fur babies!

Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is so loving and caring to all animals not just one breed.
They have saved so many including but not limited to: Llamas, dogs, pigs, ponies, horses ,chickens, ducks and geese and I have probably left some out.
I have been following and donating to them for 5 or 6 years and they do everything they can to help and save these precious fur babies.
Kay the owner is so much fun with her stories and video's and sometimes she even sings in a funny voice! I love how she makes a soap opera or a love story with the animals! I would highly recommend those who do not follow Frog Song Farm Sanctuary to start you are missing out on a GREAT organization! Kay C
Since my first visit to Frog Song Farm Sanctuary I have been an admirer and a supporter. What Kay and Richard are doing reminds me of the Starfish Thrower story.... all can't be saved, but THESE can be saved. Through Kay's commentary and photographs I have come to know most of the rescued animals .. what I think of as members of the FSFS family. I've seen new animals come to live at FSFS; some with terrible histories, and some long loved by those who can no longer care for them. Kay has made me aware of the emotional connections among the family... their friendships. I've seen blind horses running in their pasture together. I've followed as they built a barn for storing hay instead of having to locate it and purchase it sporadically, often when it's most expensive.
I start my day with FSFS, with Kay's video of calling the turkeys; stopping by several times a day for the photos and comments by both Kay and the larger community, a peaceful break from the news of the day.
Owner Kay Williams posts numerous pictures every day with captions that tell the story of the animals you are looking at on social media. She makes you laugh, cry and all around feel like you know these animals personally (pigs, lamas, donkeys, horses, cows, goats, ducks, geese, dogs, cats and more) The love she and her husband have for their animals is obvious in the way they take care them, in the clean and appropriate facilities they house them in and the extraordinary lengths they go to when medical care is needed. It’s on my bucket list to visit there some day.
I have followed every post from Frog Song Sanctuary Inc for over a year now. I have invited people to the group on FB and their hearts melted, just as mine has. The number and type of animal they adopt has no limit. Some animals have been so badly mistreated, close to death, have cost several thousand dollars to medicate for diseases. The farm owners post about some animals every day, animals that are as spoiled as my dogs, and that's a lot. I hope they achieve the 2023 Top Rated list, they deserve it.
I follow many animal rescue sites on Facebook and donate when I can. Finding Frog Song Farm Sanctuary has been a delight and stands out to me. The posts are insightful, funny and heartfelt. You learn the personalities of the animals and love them as if you could be there. You know they are being loved and cared for until they cross the rainbow bridge. It makes my heart swell and wish I could visit them.
I stumbled across Frog Song Farm Sanctuary (FSFS) when i fell down a rabbit hole on FB. I love to follow sites related to animal stories and memes. I believe that animals are really the ones created in God's image because animals are not vindictive or judgemental and because they love unconditionally. It's clear by the stories posted by the operators of FSFS truly love the animals in their care. The stories can be funny and entertaining, poignant, thought provoking or educational depending on the particular situation. I've cried when we learned about one of their animals crossing over the rainbow bridge; laughed at stories about their donkeys-the famous singing quartet. And I've learned about farriers and veterinarians and various treatments for the animals in their care. I've also enjoyed meeting the Llamas, Horses, Pigs, Ducks and Turkeys among other animals in their care. FSFS are truly Angels on Earth.
I love reading about the animals and all the antics that go on every day. The owners post several photos with elaborate stories daily and they always make me laugh (or cry). The love they have for all of their rescues is heartwarming and contagious. Such a great rescue to support whenever you can!
I check FSFS's Facebook post everyday, multiple times a day. They really keep you in the loop about how they care for the animals and what the animals need. They also make it entertaining. You really feel like you're part of the family. There's no doubt in my mind that the animals are living their best life and getting top notch care. These folks deserve all the praise and every good thing that comes their way.
These folks offer love and care for elderly animals. The animals love them just as much.
I love how they share daily animal interactions on Facebook. Even though I live states away, I feel like I'm one of the gang!
My husband and I were the owners of a llama herd which we had lovingly kept for many years. We came to the painful realization that we were getting old and neither of us would be able to keep up the animals alone. Along with some health issues and being a caregiver of a 100 year old parent at another location, we reached out for help in locating the best place for our “babies”. Selling them was never an option because we wanted them in a place where we knew they would be well cared for and loved. 6 of my llamas who are seniors and have some issues wound up at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary. I just thought I took good care of my llamas. There is no better place than n earth for them to be. They are loved, petted, well fed, medical needs met, safe and happy. I love being able to keep up with them on the FSFS page on fb. Not only do they have llamas but cows, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, Chickens, geese, ducks, dogs and cats. Most of their animals are elderly or have other medical issues. They frequently have the vet and farrier out and we all know the price of that. Kay and Richard do this out of the great love they have for these animals and oftentimes needed money comes from their pockets for
Things like barns, feed, etc. I can think of few places more worthy of your donations. An added bonus is Kay’s running commentary and comical stories she spins about the animals.
FSFS has given me a daily boost since I first started following them. They love their animals so much and share daily life of these differant animals The animals are so loved and taken care of with great care.Has it happens at with all farms and rescues some of the animals pass on over the rainbow bridge. Most are senior animals they are taken care of with such love. The appreciation I feel for how the animals are treated is great.and I love the stories that are shared with us. This is the only animal sanctuary I support with money contributions as they help all animals the best way they can and I trust them.
The love and care that’s described in postings is a testament to this nonprofit. I’m very choosy as to my donations. I’ve donated to Frog Song Farm Sanctuary and will continue to do so. Every time I read a post and see the pictures, I think the world will right side itself one day.
FSFS is certainly the highlight of my Facebook experience!
I love hearing
"good morning Turkeys!!.... Gobble gobble gobble..."
I love the stores of all the animals and their daily activities. Their health is paramount and they're taken care of so quickly if someone isn't well!
The stories about Dot the pig are super hilarious! And Knuckles... And EVERYONE!
LOVE FSFS!!
"Try it, You'll like it!"
An amazing animal rescue that adopts Farm animals with special needs like blindness or paralysis And then cares for them and provides them with the best possible life they could ever have. They do not balk atnMedical cost for special needs as like things like X-rays in MRI's and medicine that has to be given daily. They do it all, and they do it because they like they love the animals
The hard work, love, compassion and dedication to each and every creature that comes to Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is unmeasurable. Through Covid, they became my daily dose of normal and hope, the little spot that so needed filling. I’ve spread this joy around to anyone that needed it as much as I did

I have never seen more love and energy given than by the tireless crew at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary. The care of the four and two legged residents are put before their personal comfort. They are always put first. The postings they provide on social media are a light in my day and I credit them for making 2020 much easier to endure. There ability to make saving these sweet souls a personal experience from afar is priceless. I truly feel there are angels on earth and they live at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary
I look forward to this every day starting with the call for the turkeys and all the beautiful creatures there in the sanctuary. I wish I could be out there to see them and support them I have joined to help support the sanctuary just $10 a month I hope other people can do that
Frog Song Sanctuary is good for the soul!!! Kay with her hilarious humor… will keep you chuckling about the barnyard gossip… This is a wonderful sanctuary run by a couple who loves animals and works hard! You will get hooked!!! I was lucky enough to SEE it with my own eyes. (They have a beautiful Air BN&B, too!)

There are so many beautiful animals that have been saved by this sanctuary… from 3-legged animals, to pigs with skin conditions, to blind horses, and aging llamas. Their lives are wonderful to watch- along with humorous stories that tell us what they are thinking… oh- and our favorite Melvin (with his heart-melting smiles) who is convinced he’s a horse… it’s crazy but they are part of my daily life!
The post on Frog Song Farm are funny, sincere, and will leave you wanting to know more about this awesome place. It's a place of light in a sometimes dark place.
I love what they do for the special animals. They really care for each and every one. The ones they care for are elderly, handicapped, and/or abused, and find a loving home at FSFS.
I look forward every day to reading about the antics of all the critters they care for!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is a great organization. I've supported them since they were (previously) located in the State of Georgia. If you love horses, pigs, llamas, goats, donkeys, chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks, cats, or cows then this is the organization you'll love and want to support. Their donations are used wisely (they rarely ask for money) and the daily posts will make you smile (if not laugh aloud). Each animal has a story that is told with love. Wish I could rate it more than 5 stars!!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary (FSFS) uses social media to inform and educate about the animals they care for on their farm. They consistently advocate for others to care for at risk animals. I am a graduate student and have very little extra funds. I chose to donated to FSFS because I believe in their mission, yes, but more so the people who own and care for the animals and farm.
Frog Song is a family run animal sanctuary where the animals are treated as celebrities by a caring and loving team. They make their followers feel like part of the family and the animals our friends. The FSFS is certainly the best and deserves sincere recognition.
I love visiting the critters at FSFS. Kathy and Richard work sun up to sun down for the animals. Each has a name, each has a story. Each is cared for not only with on going vet care, special diets, medications, supplements, appropriate feed, quality hay, shearing, hoof care and new shoes, cooling pools, mud retreats for the pigs, a beautiful pond for the ducks and geese, fresh fruits and watermelon gatherings..turkeys love watermelon too, a safe barn, and safe coop for the chickens, but with much love and everything is shared with the public. The animals are finally, finally getting the love and care they never had, never knew. You can see from the daily photos and stories how each animal is loved and cared for, how each personality is brought forward to the public in a photo with a fun caption and story for that moment. I am a 72 year old cancer patient in remission and donate when I can to Frog Song. My visits here on line fills my heart with much joy and peace knowing this special couple has given a beautiful home and life to each of these animals that never knew love or care.
My friend turned me on to this wonderful farm! It’s in SC and I live in FL, but the joy I get from the posts from Frog Song is incredible!! They are so loving to all the farm animals, as well as cats and dogs.
Every day I love catching up on their daily routine and activities.
I consider myself extremely fortunate to be a volunteer at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary. I see first-hand the wonderful work done by Kay and Richard. Their devotion to each and every resident at the Farm and the team work they exhibit to get projects done and animals cared for is exemplary.
The animals are each made to feel important and wanted. This is very evident when Kay drives into a pasture and hollers "Hi Kids" and, no matter what the species, they come running! Each animal is addressed by name and given tons of loving. I do believe that the love and respect the animals are shown by Kay and Richard is reflected in the way the animals treat each other. Love breeds love and you can see it in the daily posts Kay puts on Facebook.
Some of the animals need special care and they could not be in a better place to have their needs met. Kay and Richard go above and beyond to make sure that each animal with special needs is cared for appropriately and given the veterinary care they need, no matter what time of day or night.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is absolutely the most fabulous place for these rescued animals, Kay and Richard do an outstanding job!
FSFS is the most wonderful place. All the animals receive so much love and care. It is run by a lovely couple, Kay and Richard, who do everything in their power to give the animals love and a healthy and happy life. Kay is a great photographer and has a lovely sense of humour and she shares both all the time through social media. I have learnt so much about farm animals, such as the fact that even cows can love each other and how friendships ae formed between all sorts of different species. The work they do is amazing and the pleasure they give me in following them on Facebook is immeasurable.
I love following Frog Song Farm Sanctuary because they keep you so up to date with what is happening on the farm you feel like you are basically there. You get to see the different animals personalities and it’s obvious they are all treasured and cared for. They go above and beyond for their rescue farm animals and are absolutely worthy of support.
Amazing and loving sanctuary that is helping a wide variety of species that lack a voice for themselves. They are a selfless organization that helps let animals be loved, and live their best life!
I have been following FSFS on Facebook for almost a year. This past May, on our way from Florida to New Hampshire, we detoured off 95 to go meet these awesome people in Hodges, SC. I know many folks who care for orphaned or unwanted animals but I have never met two people so devoted and passionate. They are fully committed to providing whatever care each animal may need. Not only do they care for those already at FSFS, they continue to step up and take in new animals that no one else will.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is AMAZING!! The owner posts several daily photos and videos. You can tell that all the animals are very loved and well taken care of. Each animal has their own story. It’s a place where all animals live in harmony. There’s a pig and goat duo who are best friends, a three legged goat who thinks his mom is a llama, 2 blind horses who run like the wind and navigate the farm perfectly, and even a singing group of donkeys. The owner is always updating the animals’ health status, and brings them where ever they need to go for the best care. Also, the caring never stops, and she’s always rescuing new friends to bring to the farm. The owner and her family/friends are such a blessing to these beautiful animals. A truly wonderful place.
Frog Song Sanctuary Inc is such an amazing Sanctuary!! Kay and Richard give all of the wonder animals the most amazing life. I love to see their posts everyday sharing all of the animals with us. Hands down one of my absolute favorite sanctuaries!
Just such wonderful, caring people.
Once the residents ( rescues) arrive at Frog Song they are immediately family .....they get so much care and love..no matter what the expense.
It is,a joy everyday to read the many loving updates/ posts on how the residents are doing....I look forward to those Facebook posts every day !
I can tell you personally about my experience with FSFS. They took in an abandoned animal for us that they actually did not have room for. We were in a crisis situation needing help right away and they came through. The owner was reported at the time to animal control, but I prefer not to put details on here… just suffice to say it was a happy day when we found her a safe and wonderful place to be. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. If in doubt follow them on Facebook and see for yourself.
Frog Song Farms goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful life for all the animals in their care!
It is difficult to find a rescue for farm animals that will support the animals with vet care and love which this rescue serves up endlessly. Each animal is loved and a careful plan of care made for each need. A wonderful humane sanctuary.
I just love this sanctuary. They have hearts of gold and it show with the love & care that goes into the care for these animals. It's been on my bucket list for 2 years! Couldnt go last year because pandemic & can't make it 2021 due to on going pandemic. Frog Song here I come....2022
Frog Song is an amazing non-profit that cares for a variety of animals. The love they share and stories they tell on Facebook daily make me smile. So many animals have benefited from their support and have much better lives today!

I have visited here twice all the animals here are treated like their babies you can tell they're well loved their well-fed they're very well taken care of this is a great place
I discovered Frog Song Farm Sanctuary about 2 months ago from a friend's Facebook link. Since then, I read all the posts, watch the videos, study the pictures of the enchanting rescued tribe. Now I both understand FSFS's mission and am in awe of it.
Every animal, llama, goat, donkey, horse, cow, pig, duck, turkey, cat, etc., is described as the living spirit they are, and with humor and extraordinary love.
Reading FSFS's frequent posts reminds me like nothing else has during these dark times of what really matters: love and kindness. It's a blessing to spend a little time every day in FSFS's loving bubble.
I came across Frog Song Farm and Sanctuary while I was following on social media another Sanctuary. The previous Sanctuary’s folks retired and rehomed their horses and some of their llamas to Frog Song.
Frog Song Sanctuary is located in Hodges, South Carolina on several acres of gorgeous rolling green pastures, beautiful ponds, sturdy well-built shelters and a new barn. The Sanctuary is an awesome facility and is very well maintained.
Several rescues were already inhabitants of Frog Song when the new horses and llamas arrived. Since I have been following Frog Song many more new rescues are now calling the Sanctuary home.
Some of the new rescues are in, and come from, unhealthy situations. Some are also very distrustful. By providing appropriate shelter, proper diet, needed vet care, and lots of human tender loving care, the rescues are returned to good health, learn to trust and be happy again.
Frog Song makes daily social media posts depicting the rescues antics, and interactions with each other and their human caregivers. These daily posts mostly make me laugh, providing a great start to my day. Under the current circumstances at Frog Song, I will without a doubt continue to support this awe inspiring Sanctuary, the rescues and the people!
These are Wonderful people changing lives for these precious animals. They go above and beyond to give them All the best life possible.
Their loving and caring nature with animals in need makes me look forward to their daily posts online.
They're a positive light shining through my news feed.
They do amazing things for the unwanted rescue. It is much harder to choose an old or severely injured animal and they specialize in the critters who need that help. Great people, volunteers and facilities. I work with many rescues so I know the efforts they are making.

All the animals receive good food, love and all the medical care they need.
Everything is done to ensure that they fit in and are comfortable and happy.
Many poor sad animals have found a new home with animal and human friends
My husband and I were so lucky to visit FSFS recently. When we drove onto the property we were greeted with a beautiful view, just spectacular. We were greeted by Wilbur and Rosie when I opened the car door and quickly met the rest of the sweet dogs. Even Annabelle was a friend by the end of our visit. We joined Kay, who obviously loves and cares for all the animals, on morning rounds. All the animal areas, barn and shelters were well kept and clean. We enjoyed seeing all the animals being fed and going through their morning routines. Willy was very sweet, rooting our shoes in greeting at breakfast time. Melvin enjoyed prolonged petting while Kay tended to other animals. When we left, Renny watched and made sure we were safe. This farm sanctuary is incredible, as are its owners. If you have a chance to visit, take the chance and donate, also!
They do wonderful work and have created a paradise for animals in need. They are excellent at keeping all of us followers informed about the animals’ needs and their progress. They are very detailed and specific about what funds will be used for when they make the occasional fundraising request. I have donated a few times and received the verifications quickly. It is obvious this is a labor of love. Please help them keep up the great work.
Love frog song..
Every animal from the smallest to the largest is loved and cared for..all there special needs are taken care of no matter what it intales..
Just the most caring, loving people i have the pleasure of following..
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is by far the best farm animal Sanctuary in the area. The videos, updates and the daily activities have brought an incredible bright spot to my day in the midst of everything going on the the world. The amount of care and love that goes into each animal is heartwarming.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary in South Carolina is Heaven on Earth for all the creatures that are living out their days there AND for anyone lucky enough to visit. Kay and Richard are so warm, funny, outgoing and gracious that you instantly fall in love with them and feel like you have known them forever. Every animal there has been given a second chance at life that they never would have been given if not for Kay and Richard. Kay and Richard are selflessly focused on making sure that every animal on the farm is living the best possible life they can be given for whatever amount of time that each of them have left on this earth. There is no creature comfort that they won’t provide these animals that they so dearly love. There is nothing better for your mental health than visiting this farm or following them on Facebook, Instagram and their web page. When you walk through the pastures with these animals, you are overwhelmed by the sense of love, peace and security that envelops each and every one of these animals. If you can’t visit in person, Kay and Richard lead you through the farm with daily pictures and videos. All of the animals exude confidence and love. If you don’t follow them on Facebook, you need to start. It is the best possible gift that you could give yourself. You will immediately feel like family. You will share their joys and their sorrows but believe me, you won’t ever want to miss one single posting. Please like their page, follow them and donate whatever you can whenever you can. ❤️ Al and Anita Danna

FSFS is far and away the most amazing nonprofit animal sanctuary on the planet. My husband and I adore all animals and have donated to several sanctuaries over the years but once we discovered FSFS, that all stopped and now we have diverted all of our donations to them. Richard and Kay are people who truly love the animals and will do whatever is needed to take care of them and give them the best life they could ever have. They know the status of every animal all day every day. Their lives are dedicated to this sanctuary. Somehow they manage to find the time to let all of us outsiders know exact what is going on with all the creatures and have us all feel like family. It is our honor to have found them and we ask that you continue to include them in the great nonprofits until the end of time! Thank you for taking the time to read this as it is being sent with love and heartfelt thanks to Kay and Richard. Al and Anita Danna
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary does an outstanding job providing competent and compassionate long-term care to animals that would otherwise likely be either homeless or euthanized. In addition to providing excellent care for many special needs animals, the owners also provide daily updates which inform and invite expanding sponsorship. Donors to FSFS continue to be delighted with daily updates celebrating each animals’ life and activities on the farm.
I have not been to the Farm in person but I visit their FB several times a day…
The love, concern, hard work, compassion and dedication to animals is beyond anything I have seen… they treat each animal as one of their children.. I can hardly wait to see their page for all the updates..each animal has a unique name and they are spoken to with such love and care.,
For animals needing love and attention and to be nursed back to health, this is a little piece of heaven on earth!!!
May they be blessed for sll the goodness in their hearts!!
I learned about Frog Song thru a special friend she new I was an animal lover and told me I had to take a tour and so I did. Kay and Richard were so proud to show us around telling us the name of every rescue and their history. There were many to say the least. The love and respect they show these animals that were once throw aways is nothing short of amazing. The animals come to there farm not realizing they just hit the lottery but figure it out pretty fast. Every pen they go to they are greated with the same love they share. If I lived closer it would be an honor to volunteer and be part of there very special journey.
We recently purchased a home near the Farm and enjoyed seeing the Llamas eveytime we would pass. I start following them on Facebook and have really enjoyed getting to know all the animals that they take care of with such loving care. I have some of my favorites and always look forward to seeing what is going on a the farm. It is so clear that they love animals and have such a speical place to care for them. We are looking forward to seeing great thigs from these folks.
These people truly care for the animals that they live with at FSFS. They treat each and every animal, big and small as though they were the most important animal on earth. I’ve seen them thrive through care and love.
This group of great folks at Frog Song really does phenomenal work! I’ve been involved with helping nonprofits for years and they really do things right. I love seeing all of their animals get the care they deserve and that FS really enjoys doing it. They are just top notch!
Frog Song Farm brightens my day every single day through their FB posts. The lucky animals that find their way to Frog Song are obviously happy and healthy thanks to great care from great staff and volunteers. Aside from bringing smiles to many peoples' faces, the sanctuary seems to really work hard and to know what they are doing. It's a wonderful place that I hope to visit one day!
I became acquainted with Frog Song Farm Sanctuary on Facebook. I’ve watched as they give their hearts and souls to these animals who desperately need a place to land. Many come with health problems through neglect and/or cruelty. I’ve been in awe as I watch Kay and Richard lovingly administer meds, change dressings, put eye drops in every two hours around the clock, get veterinarian care at Auburn University for difficult cases and nurse these innocents back to health. It’s obvious they love these animals. And soon, the scared, lonely, hungry, neglected learn to trust humans again. They receive all the vet services needed to live their lives to fulfillment. Never again will they be hungry and alone in the world. Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is life changing for these animals.
Our family LOVES Frog Song Farm Sanctuary!! Richard and Kay do an amazing job caring and loving for all of the animals they have. They truly give these animals a forever home where they are surrounded with nothing but love and care!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary holds a very special place in our hearts. Last year when we had to close down our our rescue sanctuary, Kay and Richard took in three of our horses and two of our llamas. We’ve since had the pleasure of visiting their farm on three times. I hate to say this but they put our past work to shame. Their true love of rescued animals of all shapes and sizes is truly remarkable. Especially considering that they take in so many special needs cases involving an above average time commitment and financial costs.
I follow Frog Song on FB and I’m so impressed with all the great things they do for the animals needing care, love and a commitment to a forever home! Their daily posts are a delight to read and a wonderful way for donors to keep up with the progress of all the animals. I appreciate all their hard work to make it all happen!
The day I discovered Frog Song Farm Sanctuary Inc. was a happy day in my life!!! Every day brings love, humor, adventure, and beautiful scenery all wrapped up with numerous animals who are cared for and loved beyond measure by two of the best people I've ever had the blessing to encounter. Each and every animal is given whatever needed to live their life until the end knowing nothing but love and safety, wanting for nothing. Kay & Richard spend their days giving all they have and never let it show how difficult and exhausting it is at times. It is a blessing to virtually share a part of their lives and an honor to donate financially the little I am able knowing exactly how that donation will be used. A visit to FSFS is very high on my bucket list.
Frog Song Farm goes above and beyond adopting the senior farm animals and giving the care and love that these babies need. They provide the best medical care available., and LOVE to all the animals in their care. Plenty of good wholesome food and treats. They have one horse that when they got him was probably dying. He was nursed back to health, his diet was changed and he is now healthier than he's been in a very, very long time. He's not spoiled in the least bit....he has become the "yard" horse and is allowed to roam the front yard!
The love, tender care and kindness that Kay and Richard give their beloved animals is utterly heartwarming. I look forward to updates each day - whether it is Patrick, Simon, Rennes, Melvin, Totes, June, Gladys, Lucy, Atlas, Sam, Rudy, Andy, Marimba, Cantara, Cookie, Muffin, Snickers, Ethel, Annabelle, Otis, Elliott, Taran, Little Bit .... and previously, the one and only marvelous Harry. My husband and I sit down every night to see the latest at the FSFS. Each animal is special and adored,. Kay's updates are descriptive and funny and give others the chance to 'know' the FSFS. I love this sanctuary. I am so happy for all who are fortunate to call it home. My dream is to be able to visit someday!
FAFS is the most dedicated and loving sanctuary/rescue. The animals are always first. Kay and Richard are dedicated to the farm and animals. There is no better cause to support.
Having known the caretakers Kay & Richard even before they started this sanctuary for senior animals, the animals are so well cared for, with loving kindness, that they get to experience “Heaven On Earth” to help make up for any previous mistreatment.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary stepped right up to adopt several animals from Horse Creek Stables when the owners there retired. FSFS has been so caring and caring to the horses and lamas, making sure that they are safe, loved, and accepted by their new family of animals.
Love this place! These precious creatures live out their final days in one of the most peaceful and loving environment.
This sanctuary is amazing! The animals all live in perfect harmony and are so well loved. Seeing how they interact with them all on a daily basis is just a joy!
We ran an animal rescue sanctuary in North Georgia. When it came time for us to retire we needed to re-home our large animals to other sanctuaries. Of particular concern to us was our three horses and two of our special needs elderly llamas. We knew of Frog Song Farm Sanctuary, who adopted two previous llamas that we were fostering for South East Llama Rescue. When we contacted Kay and Richard there wasn’t a moments hesitation. This was our first choice for these five rescued animals.
I love FSFS and all the work they do for their animals. I love all the pics of the animals they post everyday. I am so very happy for them to be in a much bigger place so they can take in more animals and give them peace at the end of their lives.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary provides the best love and care for all these innocent, different, wonderful animals! Without Kay and Richard ( AKA, Frog Song Farm Sanctuary ) I'm afraid to think where these amazing creatures would be!
FSFS has heart, soul, love and kindness for all!
Oh gosh, Frog Song is a wonderful place run by angels! The narration to the beautiful pictures make my day. All the animals are very well taken care of and loved. A picture says a thousand words.
I'm in the UK and seeing the posts daily of all the beautiful animals and surroundings puts a smile on my face. I wish I lived close and was able to visit/help
fSF shows a deep and abiding love for all the animals they rescue, they provide wonderful care and also share with us daily the animals exploits and other stories of maintaining a farm sanctuary. I contribute all of this to the attitude and work ethic of the owners. They give unselfishly of their time and resources to make FSF one of the best ever!
Love love love frog song farm..these are two of the most caring people..they go out of there way to make sure all the animals are well cared for..look forward daily to seeing what photobombing totes will do to the sweet girls with the pink feet

Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is a wonderful example of God’s love. They work tirelessly to care for and protect these precious animals. Their daily videos exude their joy and love for their rescued babies. Their farm definitely looks like a safe sanctuary for these animals to find peace, love and protection along with family.
I follow FSFS on Facebook and have had tears and smiles right along with them. They are wonderful people who truly love their animals and taking care of them! They do everything they can to give these “fur kids” the best life possible. Everyone at their sanctuary are really lucky to be there because they are pampered and loved tremendously. Your Rating: 5 stars 10/10/2019 I have been following this rescue for quite a while now and they truly LOVE all of their animals. They take the absolute best care of every single one! I love love seeing the updates every day on how everyone is doing, what’s new and what’s being done to help each and every fur-kid. Never hesitate to reach out if you have any questions for them. Thank you FSFS for all you do every single day! May God always reward you ten-fold.
FSFS gives so much love and attention to these animals. The caring the animals receive is next to none!
Ive only been following FSFS since prior to their move from Georgia. The two care so much for their rescued animals. The blow by blow stories about the animals are fantastic. We laugh with them and cry with them. They'r great people.
I’ve watched online all the great things they do and often support them when I can. It’s fantastic to see the positive change they create for these animals on their farm!
You have never met a bigger hearted couple than these two! The compassion they show their animals is amazing...... and all the hard work they do, just to make sure they are comfortable! I was introduced to them through a like on someone’s Facebook page and I couldn’t be happier that they stumbled into my life. I look forward every day to watch and love the animals as they do. I wish I could be a 1/4 of what they are in my life!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE reading the adventures these beautiful animals are having FSFS. I look forward to the daily updates. It has become my guilty pleasure in this crazy time we are in
It is evident that the owners of this sanctuary are one-of-a-kind and take great pride in caring for the many rescues on their farm. The animals are so well taken care of and everything is done to ensure the health and wellbeing of every member of the menagerie. It is so heartwarming to see the wonderful care and love each and every animal receives!
They care so much about their wonderful animals and are some of the kindest people I have ever met. I am thankful for them and their efforts. As a fellow animal rescuer, I admire their endless efforts to do as much as they possibly can for any and all animals. The world is a better place because of Frog Song Farm Sanctuary.
So thrilled that Frog Song Farm Sanctuary was able to step in and receive animals from another that was closing its doors. Remarkable care and attention is paid to all their animals.
I love all the animals. They are taken care of and loved so much! Everyday I look forward to see what is going on. It puts a smile on my face.

Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is one of a kind for several reasons. First of all, the love and care they show their rescue animals is unparalleled. Kay and Richard work tirelessly to be sure each and every animal is taken care of by providing specific meals, treatments, supplements, and veterinary care on a timely and consistent basis. Second, they not only had a wonderful farm for their sanctuary before, but recently uprooted their entire life to move to another state just so their animals had more land to roam and enjoy. Third, they are incredibly careful when introducing new animals to existing animals. They are sensitive to make sure the introduction is slow, steady, and safe including all requisite vaccinations. Fourth, they don't just "have a farm" or "rescue animals," they truly make them part of the family. In doing so, they share their experiences online via social media and give folks like me the virtual experience of learning about different types of animals, such as their llamas, donkeys, cows, and even different types of goats, dogs, and cats. Having grown up on a farm in Alabama, I'm very familiar with much of what they do but it also provides a wonderful insight and education to learn about things I'm not familiar with. It doesn't take long to recognize that Kay and Richard are truly wonderful advocates for the care of sanctuary animals by what they give them, pour out to them emotionally and financially, to be sure they spend the rest of their days surrounded by love, are well cared for, and happy beyond measure.
My family and I have visited Frog Song Farm Sanctuary multiple times and it is nothing short of amazing! Kay and Richard do such a wonderful job caring for the animals and genuinely enjoy doing so. The way each animal is loved and called by name - it is such an intimate, fun, and educational experience.
I found this rescue when they shared a hilarious video of Melvin running like the wind with his pony counterparts. After following them and seeing their organization and how they care for and treat their rescues I'm a fan and have donated to their cause. They are wonderful and a blessing to all types of animals with so many dirfferent needs.
I like following FSFS on facebook where I can see and feel and watch the love and care the animals are getting. Kay and Richard bring me along on their adventure. My day would not be complete without checking in on the progress at the farm. Alice lee
Just wonderful people....they do so.much for their "residents"....you can tell how caring and loving they are ....so enjoy all their daily posts, uodates, and pictures of all their furbabbies.....makes my day....wish the Sanctuary was close by do we could visit!
Frog song farm sanctuary has restored my faith in humanity! They care deeply for each and every one of the fur-people at the sanctuary.
This is the greatest place with kind and loving people. Their knowledge of helping these animals is first rate. I never miss a post on Facebook. I hope they will be around helping animals for years to come!!!
The animals are very well cared for. They know the personalities of each and every animal and go out of their way to cater to them. And they share their experiences with us so we feel like we know them too.
As a life long animal lover, l love this page, these animals, and the humans who selflessly care for them. Each day the animal personalities are personified through heartfelt story telling!
Love the care and love these people give these animals. It’s heart warming and amusing to read their posts on Facebook ❤️The work and dedication they give to their animals is amazing .
While I have never visited the sanctuary, I follow on Facebook and Instagram (even been a top fan ) The posts are full of detail, humor ,& above all you see the mutual love between humans and animals. The grounds & stalls always are immaculate & these animals will have the best care for the remainder of their days
Came across their page by accident, now, I can't get enough of the photos and stories on the daily posts. I've donated and have updated my Amazon page to donate when I purchase. Gladys and June put the smile on my face every morning. The lamas are hilarious. I want to be there when they decide they can be touched by the loving hands of the sanctuary folks.... can't wait!
I am follow this sanctuary on social media because of Patrick and Simon (the llamas) but, mostly for the commentary. It makes me laugh which is never a bad thing. Physically visiting the sanctuary is on my list of “must dos.
A few years ago I trained a pony for a lady and often wondered what had happened to the little fellow. I had heard that the lady had not liked the pony and discarded him. One day I saw a picture on Facebook of a pony that had recently been rescued at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary. That pony looked so familiar, I contacted them and asked about the little fellow. Sure enough it was Thor aka Flash. He is so happy in his new home and all that is required of him is that continues to be Flash. They are wonderful carrying people and take such great care of their animals.
Recently, I posted about a horse that is a boarder on my farm that ahs severe allergies, when they saw my post they immediately offered to help with medication for him. They are the best.
Frog Song Farm is a wonderful place for animals, young or old, to live out the rest of their lives. I can't think of any care they might need that they would not get. Animals are truly loved!!!
This is a great place for neglected or abused animals and the care givers are very dedicated to making the animals happy and healthy. There has been a drought this past summer and they could use help with the feed.
This nonprofit farm saves animals from horrible conditions. Their updates on the animals show their work is making a difference! We need groups like this to save animals needing help, educate the public about the issue and to keep making that difference!
Frog Farm Sanctuary is an excellent nonprofit whose mission is to take in animals (especially farm animals) who need a home and provide for them on their 42-acre farm. They especially focus on animals who have been neglected or abused, or who are older. They keep people informed about their work through fantastic and often humorous posts about the antics on the farm from their llamas who need monthly injections of ivermectin to precious Harry pup's aquatherapy treatments. I love how they engage people with great stories about each individual animal's personality. How can you not love and support Frog Farm Sanctuary?
I love FSFS! They are so transparent about their needs and the use of fundraising money. The adorable animal photos don’t hurt!!
Kay and Richard take such good care of the animals and it’s so clear that this is their real passion.
I have visited Frog Song and what a magical place. All of their animals are so loved and well taken care of. Following them on FB has been the highlight of my day. The stories Kay tells about the animals, it is like you are right there with her. Each of the animals have their own personality and they all get along so well. It is a place of safety for these animals.
Wonderful rescue, wonderful people. I follow this site on a daily basis. Makes me happy to read and see their posts. Restores my faith in humanity!
The folks at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary are amazing, They truly go above and beyond to meet the needs of each animal in their care, giving them lots of love and care.
This farm is a loving, caring home for all the animals lucky enough to live here.
They are loved, well taken care of and treated as one of their own.
The care and time spent with these animals is commendable. Each new rescue is treated carefully and with thought out process, giving each new friend a time to get accustom to their new home.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary shares lots of info on the progress of their lovely animals. I look forward to hearing what's going on with all the animals. These animals receive so much love and excellent care. I am following one animal in particular named Harry. His journey thru life at FSFS touches my heart. He is so loved and treated with respect. Kay and her husband have a wonderful, clean residence for all their animals. They truly love their animals! I'm sure they can use donations, since this is a very expensive farm to maintain. Anyone that is an animal lover can help FSFS by making any amount of donation.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is like a family affair..it's almost like hearing from your favorite cousin every week & she brings you up to date with all the news of the family goings on. A friend forwarded a post to me & I fell for the name & wanted to join the family......just that simple.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is more than a rescue for farmed and domestic animals, it is also a haven for animals discarded due to illness or old age. Much like hospice, the loving care and expert medical attention given to each family member has helped formerly “terminal” animals survive and thrive. Through the joyous arrival of new family members to the heartbreaking losses suffered when medical care cannot help anymore, Kay keeps us followers and donors informed, educated and even entertained with her witty sense of humor. Further, unlike large sanctuaries, Frog Song really makes each followe feel as if they are a family member too, often responding immediately to questions or comments. This is a beautiful home for the animals that live here and I am proud to support Frog Song Farm Sanctuary however I am able.
I've never had the pleasure of going to Frog Farm...but I've always felt as if I have. Thanks to every day posts I know the animals, their personalities, the owners, THEIR personalities, and lots of backgrounds. I can only imagine how much love and funnies pour out of that place in person. Will make it a bucket list priority to visit.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary took in my goat, Totes, when I was moving and could no long care for him. I had already seen the care they provide to the animals at the farm and I never once worried whether Totes would be ok. Kay and Richard are committed to giving all animals a wonderful home and loving care. I donate to them knowing that the funds are put to great use.
Can't tell you what an amazing job these people do for
the unwanted and unloved animals in the world!
I knew Kay a few years before she founded the sanctuary and her love for animals was apparent even then. Knowing her, I can attest to the detailed care and concern that each animal receives, the efficiency and transparency with which the organization is run and the overall high standards that govern anything Kay is involved in. It has been wonderful to watch this work grow and can’t wait to see what they do next.
I just happened upon Frog Song Santuary by accident. A little over a year ago it popped on my phone. As an animal lover I clicked on and started watching. The owners Kay and Richard are so loving toward the animals and Kay's daily pictures of the animals are very intertwining. I loved Tommy Llama who passed late last year and was so happy to see Patrick and Simon come to live there. The dogs captured my heart...especially Harry, my warrior hero dog who keeps going in spite of the odds stacked against him. I feel as if I know each of the cows and their families. Who knew cows would pose for pictures? The ups and downs of Flash, Penny , Remy and the other horses on the farm. I look forward every day to the smiles Kay's pictures and comments give me. Frog Song Santuary is a wondrous place to visit.
We live next door. The animals have better care than most humans. They are valued and very well taken care of.
Frog Farm Sanctuary is the stuff dreams are made of. The animals personalities shine through and are so well taken care of. I enjoy observing the daily antics on the public Facebook group.
One of my favorite sanctuary’s to give to. The animals are happy and love the daily posts about each of them. Please support!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is a place where our animal friends are celebrated. Any animal that finds themselves living at a rescue has felt the sting of neglect and rejection. Their unique qualities were either never appreciated or no longer valued. Many arrive mistrusting humans for very good reasons.
The day an animal arrives at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is the last day they will ever feel neglected or rejected. Their sad beginning becomes a fairytale with fresh drying bedding and plenty of healthy food. Never again will they suffer from unmet medical needs or be left alone in pain.
Each day they receive patience and kindness that eventually restores their trust in mankind. It is a joy to follow the healing that takes place there and it is why I support Frog Song Farm Sanctuary.
I absolutely LOVE Frog Song Farm Sanctuary. The couple that operate/own this sanctuary are awesome and have huge hearts for the animals there. I have followed them on FaceBook for about a year, and I have visited in person once. It is a joy to check in everyday as Kay updates us on the newest adventures of these precious animals every day. I know most of the animals' names and I love them all. It warms my heart to know that each of these animals who each have a story can relax now and live their lives out being loved and nurtured at this beautiful place.
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is the best place an animal could go. Not only do the animals at FSFS receive the care they need, but they get the love they deserve. Not to mention, the facility is nothing short or compatible for their line of volunteer work. This is a GREAT NONPROFIT.
I follow them on Facebook and see all the love they give animals that would definitely have a terrible life were it not for Frog Song Farm.
FSFS is my happy place when I’m sad and lonely I love to go on there FB page and see all the happy animals. Kay and Richard have taken the abused and broken and give them the love and care they deserve. I donate to this organization 100%
I follow the happenings at Frog Song Farm Sanctuary daily for well over a year now. The photos and videos posted of the animals living there are always heart-warming and often downright funny. Some of these precious animals came to the Sanctuary in rough condition in need of veterinary help and are lovingly cared for by Kay and Richard. Once you view for a day or two - you'll be hooked!!
Frog Song Farm Sanctuary is a magical place! When I was recovering from breast cancer I would often go there just to be with the wonderful animals; it was one of my "Happy Places" that helped me in my recovery. The care and compassion exhibited by Kay and Richard for the animals is fantastic. They have taken in broken, abused, and senior farm animals that have gone from the outhouse to the penthouse!
I’ve been a supporter of animal sanctuaries for over 15 years. When I first came upon Frog Song Farm Sanctuary, I was intrigued by the founders, Kay and Richard, who several times a day through posts let us virtually walk the fields with them, into the stalls, to the vets, and get to know each animal as an individual. They provide a commentary on the personalities and funny peculiarities of was her resident. I fell in love with, and now feel I know, every donkey, goat, duck, horse, cow dog, cat and llama. The interspecies friendships and bonds are amazing. A goat Happy who squeezes himself through a duck door to join his duck friend, Willie on the deck for dinner is a good example. Happy finally got too big and Willie now comes out to visit him.. I am invested in their welfare... personally. These folks are committed to the providing the very best “til the end of your days lives” care for these animals, many of whom came from horrendous situations. This place is different. All the farm sanctuaries I’ve supported, from large national agencies and small town farms have done great work. But, with Frog Song Farm Sanctuary, the difference is, I’ve become part of the family. I’m not just a financial contributor. I know these animals as individuals and I am, without any reservation comfortable putting their lives into the hands of Kay and Richard. This is really an amazing place. Come join the family. You’ll be glad you did!
