Causes: Environment, Water, Water Resources, Wetlands Conservation & Management
Mission: Our mission is to celebrate the Petaluma Watershed through education and stewardship; because every great River needs a true Friend.
Target demographics: protect and preserve the Petaluma River, wetlands and sensitive habitat.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Remove over 8,000 lbs. of trash from the River; Connect over 500 youth to outdoor, environmental education and awareness
Geographic areas served: The Petaluma Watershed
Programs: Nature connection camps for youth, environmental education in our schools, free boating access, river cleanups and advocacy.
