Mission: To preserve and operate the kms farmstead listed on the national and state registers of historic places, as farmstead arts, a not-for-profit center for fine, performing and practical arts.
Programs: Preserve historic buildings - english barn replace two badly cracked beams, install a weather-tight emergency egress door, install a concrete slab and partial wood floor(re-using original wood from the barn): replace trimwork and stain barn exterior.
operate arts center - artists' fees, concert expenses, workshop expenditures, sales and promotion.
