Mission: To operate as an environmental education center and public aquarium focused on the aquatic ecosystem of new york state. In 2016 over 30,000 adults, children and school groups visited the hatchery.
Programs: The primary program service of the hatchery is to serve as an education cultural public aquarium with the mission of educating the public on the aquatic ecosystems of new york state. In this regard over 30,000 people including over 200 school groups visited the hatchery in 2017.
