Mission: The Friends of Black Rock High Rock is a 501(c)(3) member organization that helps manage the resources of the Black Rock Desert region and educates the public to foster stewardship and preserve its unique character.
Programs: Our focus is on the Black Rock Desert-High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area and associated wilderness. Our program entails providing visitor contact, information, education and assistance, site monitoring, and the providing of various other support functions for the the management of the NCA.
