I started out as a volunteer coordinator for an event in 2019 to raise money for the Berkeley Animal Center. I stayed onboard as their event coordinator for a few more months. I was then asked to join their board to assist with future events. I am still a board member and will stay that way until I die or they kick me away.

Nonprofit Overview
Mission: We are on a mission to: • Educate the community on the many ways they can help • Increase the adoption rate • Provide medical assistance funds to help sick or injured animals • Spay/Neuter Assistance • Create a TNR program • Organize, Plan and Fundraise to build a shelter for the future With an ever-growing number of animals in need, we need continued support and assistance from the public. We encourage people in the community to get involved, through donations, adoptions fostering, and volunteer work.
Results: We successfully helped to fund and outfit a new animal shelter for Berkley County. We continue to support and purchase items for the animal shelter. We fill in the gap of what is wanted between Berkeley County Council and the animal shelter. We are helping to educate and support our local TNR program. We daily fundraise for all of the needs of our many animals.

Direct beneficiaries per year: purchase and build a new playground area for our dogs to decompress and play in.
