Fresno EOC has the audacity to transform itself and lead its communities in bridging the gap to self-sufficiency for community members who want a better quality of life. As a large public benefit agency with a long legacy, EOC was becoming stagnant internally and irrelevant to many community members. First the Board of Commissioners, then the Senior Leadership Team, and now the entire Culture is changing to a vision-centered force for positive change. One example is using its assets and the existing assets of Fresno to create new local businesses and new jobs where they are most needed. There are thousands more examples popping up around and through EOC every day.
