I have been involved with this organization since it started and i am really impressed with the amount of $ we have raised and the amount of people willing to help our kids. Which is where all the money raised goes, directly to the kids. Over the years we have been able to send our kids to Disney and most of the groups have been able to get new uniforms, have banquets, etc. This organization was a great idea!!

I love working as a volunteer for the annual Cash Bash! I have so much fun & I know that I’m helping kids in my community, both during high school & continuing into college because of the scholarships.

In my high school, softball wasn’t the number 1 sport but it was my passion. My team was on a mission to change the outlook of Freedom Softball. Even though we put in plenty of time and effort we didn’t get much because no one paid much attention to our team. Freedom Cares came along and it was nice to finally have a good banquet. We got t-shirts and stuff to remember our years and hard work. Now, as a high school graduate, I have all those things around my apartment. I got stuff to remember my hard work and dedication because of the hard work that Freedom Cares put in. Although I’m not involved in Freedom School District as much, I know this organization gives all those kids the opportunity to get something nice for all their hard work throughout the years. No one worries about not being able to play. We always have the funds because so much is raised within this organization. So I thank the people who started it and put in the time and effort every year to keep it going.

It is awesome how much this wonderful group of people care about our children at Freedom Area High School. The amount of time and effort they put into helping our children is beyond amazing. This is an organization that is honestly 100% for our children and their activities. There is no better feeling then knowing their are people who care so much about all of the kids at FHS. Keep up the good work. You are amazing!!!

I have been part of this organization since the very beginning and each year it gets better and better. Not only do we help raise funds so that children can participate in arts and athletics programs, but we also award scholarships to graduating seniors and an alumnus each year. I am proud to be a part of the Freedom Cares Foundation!

Great organization that helps raise funds for all the booster organizations of its school district, both in Arts and Athletics. This organization has raised over $150,000 for its students in just five years!! It continues to grow and expand its presence within the community.

Freedom Cares Foundation has been a great asset for both the Arts and Athletics programs at a very small school district. This program incentivizes each booster organization to easily raise funds for its student participants and at the same time creates camaraderie among the various organizations within the district.
