Frederick Alliance for Youth has strong leadership and well-designed programs. The executive staff has much more professional experience than any other after school and summer program I've ever seen and I've personally seen the organization's leadership measure outputs and outcomes and make strategic planning decisions accordingly. For a young organization, they are off to a great start!
