Mission: The franklin public library foundation is operated exclusively for the benefit and financial support of the franklin public library funding projects and programs not normally financed by the city of franklin. As designated by the donors, funds are used for enhancements to a variety of areas of the public library, including the community room, conference room, children's program, and the technology area. The foundation continues to explore further opportunities to purchase and provide items along with funding programs that will benefit the general public who visit the franklin public library.
