This is the most backwards and illegal operation I have ever seen pretend to be a nonprofit. The employees drink on the job, forge documents and so on. Thats not the worst of it. The board president, who is supposed to be an unbiased party, is the mother of the Senior Operation Director. I am sick of seeing these two run people that are much more qualified off in order to push her daughter up the chain of command. Under nonprofit law, this is a blatant conflict of interest. I stepped down from the board because I was afraid to be a part of the class action law suit this place needs to be slapped with. I wish someone would do something about it. This place gives an otherwise wonderful organization a horrible name. I wish the YMCA of the USA would take notice and do something about it.
