Four corners primary care centers, inc. Provides non-emergency treatment by physicians and nurse practitioners at the lowest cost possible. Services are available to infants, children, teens/adolescents, adults and seniors on a sliding fee scale, regardless of race, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation or political affiliation. Medicaid, medicare, private insurance, cash, visa, mastercard and discover cards are accepted.
Programs: From treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes to routine illnesses such as pneumonia, sore throats, infections, and arthritis, our providers work to help meet the healthcare needs in our community. Services encompass not only treatment and prevention of illness but also health education and much more.
Totally unprofessional. 3 days of playing phone tag, dropped calls, on hold over 30 minutes, wrong information dispensed. Started bad and got worse. Tried to get a prescription that originated from their clinic refilled (antibiotic) and after 3 days they said a clinic appointment was necessary and it would be at least 3 weeks until they had an opening. This place is a joke.
