Programs: Accesshealth is a private, not-for-profit community health center. Accesshealth primarily targets the medically underserved of fort bend and waller counties, but opens its doors to all who wish to receive care, without regard to income or circumstance. During fye 6/30/17, accesshealth provided 46,702 medical encounters, 6,214 dental encounters, and 1,703 behavioral health encounters. See schedule o for additional details.
accesshealth provides the women, infants, and children (wic) program at 11 sites in fort bend, wharton, austin, colorado, and waller counties. All wic clients are welcome at any accesshealth clinic location for medical services. Wic sites are located in rosenberg, stafford, wharton, bellville, sealy, columbus, eagle lake, weimar, katy, brookshire, and prairie view. During the fye 6/30/17, accesshealth served approximately 22,850 individuals through its wic program. See schedule o for additional details.
