Mission: Christian ministry devoted to partnering with churches and other ministries to provide counseling and educational services which promote healing, inspire growth, and encourage renewal in people and in their relationships.
Programs: 2017 accomplishments fcs saw continued remarkable growth in its volume of clinical services in 2017 as it provided the highest volume in its history (19,411) clinical service hours) this was the third consecutive year that fcs has recorded its highest volume of clinical services delivered in its history and it represented a 12% increase over the number of clinical service hours provided in 2016. Fcs now averages providing 1,618 clinical service hours, touching an estimated 600 lives, each monlth. Many of those whom fcs serves are people with the greatest need who have the fewest resources. These individuals are experiencing healing, growth and renewal in their lives fcs engaged a new ministry partnership with sandia church of the nazarene in the international district in albuquerque in the fall of 2017 and provided our first counselilng session there on november 21th of 2017. This is an opportunity to partner with a church whose mission is to engage in daily expression of compassionate ministry. With the addition of our new ministry partnership with sandia church of the nazarene, fcs now offers 11 locations in new mexico. Fcs continues to host 4 locations in georgia fcs' revenue and expenses grew to 1. 4 million in 2017, which represents the highest in history of the ministry, an increase of 8% over 2016. Fcs waa awarded a 5000 grant from united way of central new mexico in 2017 to support our work with women suffering from a history of sexual exploitation.
