I volunteered temporarily to help Forever Friends Animal Sanctuary (FFAS) rescue nearly 30 cats from a hoarding situation. These cats were covered in fleas, had worms and other parasites and skin infections. Many were very ill. FFAS caught these suffering cats and had their medical needs seen to. All were spayed or neutered. Each cat received personal care to allay its fear and help it develop into the good and happy pet it was capable of being. The people at FFAS were caring and very aware of the cats needs including the need for emotional support and physical stimulation. FFAS does a great job!
