"Flying Sams" is a GREAT organization. The volunteers give so much of their time, effort, and money to make free and regular healthcare available to the people of Baja, Mexico. They Are highly respected in the communities they have clinics in.
I was with the start up team for their El Hong clinic and it was an amazing experience.
The Sam's provide quality medical care, free of charge. They also take Christmas presents and try to g8ve to the communities that host clinics. If anyone is considering donating to an organization or volunteering, I highly recommend them! Every little bit helps--from supplies, to monetary, to lending a helping hand.

Mission: The Flying Sams, as we are often called, have four basic missions - primary care, specialty care, education and emergency care. In our primary care role, the Sams fly (and drive) to clinics where they provide non-emergency services, such as family medicine, optometry, audiology, dentistry and dental hygiene, and preventative health care. Most patients are the 60% of the Mexican population who are not eligible for Mexican Social Security medical care.
