Programs: Domestic - the water module - a september two day seminar and field exploration-based event that highlighted the needs of northern palm beach county water resources. Done in collaboration with the loxahatchee river authority, palm beach county, south florida water management district and florida atlantic university. Sustainable water resources roundtable (swrr) - florida earth acts as a facilitator of this federal advisory committee that reports to the us department of interior and the white house council of environmental quality. Florida earth brought swrr to florida for a two day meeting at florida gulf coast university in december. Another 2016 meeting was held at the national renewable energy laboratory in golden, colorado, which florida earth also helped facilitate. Proceedings of these meetings, prepared by florida earth are submitted to usdoi and ceq and published in the federal register.

international - us-netherlands connection's professional program - held in delft, netherlands in may, this program took professionals from academia, industry, government and ngo organizations to explore dutch expertise is water resources management and infrastructure. Ihe delft florida program - in may florida earth brought students and faculty from the united nation's institute for water education to florida to study computer models of the everglades restoration plan as a part of their normal curriculum in their msc program in hydroinformatics. The 42 students represented 27 countries and joined the 244 alumni from 52 countries that have participated in the program over the last 11 years.
