Cathy is an amazing woman. She cares so deeply about the quality and integrity of the products she produces. I`ve had a great relationship with her and her farm for 2 years. We get numerous types of cheeses to serve to guests in our fine dining restaurant. The guest feed back on her cheeses is always positive. She works extremely long, hard days to manage the farm and all of her lovely animals.

I have been Educational Tour Coordinator for the past 10 years. The tour typically includes visiting our various animals, including chickens, ducks, pigs, horses, goats, cows. We explain how we care for them, and how they benefit US by providing 'product'; ie, milk, cheeses, eggs, protein, exercise/ husbandry. We include exposure to natural resources such as our woods walk, the greenhouse, hydroponics, and pastures. I feel the children (ages 3 to adult) enjoy the outdoors, the animals, and the opportunity to experience new sights, smells, and tangible stimulations.
