Mission: We exist to eradicate homelessness and build wealth. We will accomplish our mission by providing employment opportunities, permanent housing support, career development, life skills, and financial literacy programs, entrepreneur business program, and our skilled trades program that includes solar panel installation training, and recovery, re-entry support services.
Results: In '2016 Field of Dreams served 2,500 clients, operating out of the West Humboldt Park area of Chicago, with part-time hours, and no staff, only the founder and her spouse. In '2017, operating as a full service agency, with full-time hours and staff support, we are on track to serve more than 14,000 clients. We are currently serving an average of 350 - 400 individuals, families and ex-offenders.
Target demographics: Homeless individuals, families, youth, returning citizens, disabled, and low income individuals.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 1200 homeless individuals and 3 agencies.

Programs: Field of Dreams Visionary Center, located in the Garfield Park area of Chicago, is on a mission to eradicate homelessness. We believe that we can achieve this goal by providing housing opportunities to individuals and families in need of emergency, transitional and permanent housing. To further help us in achieving our mission, we provide full time employment opportunities as well as career development, life skills and financial literacy programs, along with recovery support services that encompass trauma group therapy sessions for men and women. In addition, we provide a robust entrepreneur training program, as well as various trades training programs. We currently service approximately 400 clients per month, with this number increasing exponentially daily. In 2018, we plan to open two new locations in Chicago's Bronzevlle area and Maywood, IL.
