Programs: Tda fidec armenia foundation launched its occupational health program in 2008 to deliver full package of health care services for employees of "tierras de armenia" cjsc, part of corporacin amrica group. The scope of services of the occupational health program include initial and periodic medical evaluations, management of acute and chronic issues, including surgical and therapeutic treatment in hospitals, professional assistance by a highly qualified nurse available at place, as well as provision of prescribed medication for the employees over the year. The aim of the medical evaluations is early disease detection and prevention with follow-up treatment, as well as defining the employees' fitness to particular assignment based on their health status.

The organization is made up of physicians, scientists, and other health care professionals. Programs of education for the community, immunization, research, and the implementation of medicine and health care for rural areas programs stand out among other projects. Community oriented programs include: microbac health education for children program, immunization program in armenia, and women health program in armenia. Health care professionals-oriented programs include: symposia (conferences to provide updates/continuing medical education in the area of infectious diseases), exchange of medical residents and pre-med students between us, and armenia and latin american countries, telemedicine, consulting services on vaccines, and working groups on vaccines for adolescents and adults, herpes zoster, travel medicine, pneumococcal disease, meningococcal disease, among others.
