Mission: More than just a place to stay, Fessenden House provides a home for those who often fail to find a welcome elsewhere. Men recovering from addiction, some of whom are also living with HIV/AIDS, come to us because they have no place else to turn. At Fessenden House, they find a sober, disciplined, and safe environment dedicated to their recovery.Our commitment to community life and mutual support is rarely found in other group homes-let alone homes for people in recovery or with HIV/AIDS. Two religious brothers live with the residents and share their lives with them completely. Residents and staff prepare and eat meals together, work together, and live as a community.
