Mission: We want to be the special teacher everyone should have. The mission of the Fascinating Learning Factory is to eliminate the shortage of quality educational programming for grades 6-12. Between Sesame Street and National Geographic, there is a wide gap that needs to be filled. We find, develop, fund and oversee production of educational programs for television, the Web and new technologies for all ages, but with a special focus on ages 11-18, and an emphasis on the need for a higher standard of children's programming. We will keep abreast of new developments in education resources and communications technologies. This includes the Internet and other new forms of content delivery, so that these programs can be seamlessly integrated into the lives of a diverse audience. We will make elements of every project accessible on the Internet (via our Website or the sites of the shows themselves) as well as interactive CDs, DVDs and other new technologies as they develop or are adapted to our educational focus. We will help to develop support materials for classroom use to increase each program's value further.

The Fascinating Learning Factory is dedicated to improving the quality of educational media for middle school ages and up. Their programs are engaging, fun and well researched. The productions are highly professional and 'broadcast quality'. They have been aired over PBS nationwide and have received excellent response from teachers, parents, business and government leaders. We have programs that focus on civics/citizenship, natural science and Native American culture.
